And indeed, now Chery Tiggo The 2014 FL looks even more attractive than its predecessor, received a more interesting design, and also slightly moved away from its prototype, which was the Japanese crossover Toyota Rav4. Everyone constantly joked and compared these two cars. After all, it was enough to change the nameplates on the body, and an inexperienced motorist would have been looking for a long time, where is the Chinese, and where is the Japanese.

Actually, there is nothing wrong with the fact that the designers did not change anything here. From the side, the car always looked great and clearly resembled a crossover from Toyota. The Rav4 was just too good for Cheri's designers to make adjustments here and try to make it better. Of course, there are point changes, but nothing cardinal.
Behind the expectation of changes is also not worth much. If you look closely, you will see new parking lights, modified optics, LED layout in the same dimensions, rectangular brake lights on the sides of the rear of the body. Actually, that's all. But even these small details made it possible to make the car more interesting, fresher. Restyling seemed to give youth to the crossover.

Since the comparisons have already begun, another inferior point is the lack of steering wheel trim.
A new multifunctional steering wheel was installed, cup holders and compartments for small things appeared. Positive changes also affected the seats, heating and adjustment in six directions were added. But there are questions about the rear-view mirror, both in terms of a small area and the expediency of displaying a compass and barometer, with the modern capabilities of smartphones and tablets.
There is enough space both in the first and in the second row. The range of adjustments allows you to sit comfortably. The rear sofa has a longitudinal adjustment, providing the opportunity to give more legroom or increase the luggage compartment.
By the way, the trunk volume is 520 liters. With the seats folded - 1935 liters. But the seats do not fold up very well, you can’t reach a flat floor here, there is a step. The advantages include full opening back door and no threshold.
