Content not included in Skyrim or Cutting Room Floor is a modification for Skyrim Special Edition that restores cut developments, mechanics or items by developers and everything that was not included in the final version of the game.

As is usually the case as a game is being developed, the developers sometimes have to delete some things that they don't have the time or the idea to finish. This is what happened with Skarim, plot "radiant" quests, full-fledged characters with tasks, some items in locations and even the locations themselves were cut out of the game. The author of this modification tried to return all the cut parts to the game and, if necessary, completed it to the final look and now you will have the opportunity to play the original Skyrim.

- Captain Metillius - location "Gloomy Castle". Metillius walks around in the premises of the Grim Castle, if you have quests for "Wind Peak" or "Jagged Crown", if you don't have these quests, then walks outside the castle. Metillius will disappear if Solitude is captured by the Stormcloaks

Locations:

Mod for TESV: Skyrim, restoring some of the content cut from the game.

The mod brings back a few NPCs, a number of small quests and some unused content to the game. If during the passage you sometimes had a feeling of slight understatement, then you have come to the right place! This mod will probably help to overcome it.

NPCs have been implemented according to the given list on UESP.

The content related to the civil war is quite complicated, to restore it, I recommend paying attention to the Civil War Overhaul mod.

  • Skyrim version 1.9.32.0.8 or higher.
  • Unofficial Skyrim Patch version 2.0.0 or higher.

Installation:

Unzip the archive to the Skyrim\Data folder and connect the esp file of the mod.

Removal:

Due to how the game engine works with mods, especially those containing scripts, it is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED to delete any mods during the game. This note does not apply to any particular mod, but to plugins in general. If you change your mind about playing with this mod, then the only way to avoid problems is to use the save file created before installing it.

Load order:

Position the mod file as high as possible in the download list. It is recommended to use LOOT.

Once again, we are witnessing that Bethesda, when creating the game Skyrim, made another absurdity by removing some plot "radiant" quests from the game, some NPCs who are directly participants in the "cut" quests and plots, as well as other small details related to various locations, for example, one of the dialogue scenes of the character and several bandits in the Rat Hole was cut out, as well as some locations were restored (read the list below). Maybe it was necessary, maybe it was just laziness, or maybe they thought that these quests, NPCs and other events were simply superfluous, but the fact remains. Did you probably have the feeling that in the game, some plots seemed to be not told before and did not have a logical conclusion in this or that situation? And it's all Bethesda's tricks
The author of this mod, known to everyone for the implementation of all unofficial patches, decided to restore everything that was cut from the game by the developers for one reason or another, which only the developers of the Skyrim game themselves know.
