Rear door speaker ALMERA NEW G15RA. Music on the new Nissan Almera G15 - installation, wiring, connecting the radio Installing the rear speakers on the Nissan Almera g15

Cars Nissan Almera 2013, depending on the configuration, have a different “music preset”. Recall that Tekna has already pre-installed 2DIN multimedia system with speakers front and rear. Average equipment The Comfort has pre-installed 2 speakers in the front doors and an audio package (wired without a radio), while the cheapest Almera comes with only an audio package without speakers.

What radio and speakers to choose?

When it comes to choosing a multimedia system and installing car audio, you should first of all clarify for yourself what you need from it. If you are a lover of high-quality music with good bass and clear high frequencies, then you will have to fork out more, and if the radio tape recorder is for you “to play something”, then it is quite possible to limit yourself to budget options. Modern radios have wireless communication (hands-free), bluetooth, navigation system, photo / video viewing, rear parking sensors connection.

It is worth immediately deciding where you will install the speakers. If you are going to install 4 speakers (2 forward x 2 back), then you should take into account that in the Welcome and Comfort packages you will have to lay the cable to the rear speakers yourself.

I would also like to note that the installation is only rear speakers fraught for rear passengers, as often the driver turns up the volume and forces the rear passengers to listen to loud music. Plus, they won't hear what you tell them.

Installing music on the new Almera 2013

Let's start with the fact that the owners of the minimum configuration new Almeria will also install speakers in the door or back. The wires, fortunately, are routed to the doors, so you only need to install the speakers in the metal frame of the door, having removed the trim in advance.

After cutting, it should look like this:

We put everything in place and get this picture:

Wiring to rear speakers

Do you want a better sound and bought pancakes for this purpose? No problems! We cut out a place on the back shelf to fit our speakers, install spacers made of wood or plywood between the shelf and the speaker (optional, but desirable for better sound transmission). The columns are fixed with screws.

And now we lay the wires from the radio to the rear speakers.

The first method: along the central tunnel.

To begin with, the central tunnel, which consists of two parts, must be removed by unscrewing four bolts in it. Then, through the hole at the parking brake, lay the wires under the carpet on the side of the tunnel and stretch them with wire to rear seat, making intermediate holes in the carpet for broach. After laying the wires under the seat, you need to bring them to the speakers on the right or left side. It is possible and in the center of the back of the rear seat, but it will already be a "collective farm".

The second method is the most popular, it is laying wires along the threshold. Most often, the right passenger side is selected. With this method of laying, we recommend laying the wire under the upholstery so that passengers do not accidentally touch it, or so that it is not visible.

So, we pull the wires from the radio above the glove box (you can do without it, but then the wires will be under the passenger’s feet) and under it we pass under the carpet, lifting the rubber door seal, from where we lead them along the threshold to the rear seat and to the shelf, through the trunk. In the area of \u200b\u200bthe middle rack, you can, without removing the plastic trim, stretch the wires using hard wires or something like that. This operation is more convenient to perform outside the car by opening the doors, and fasten the wires to the threshold with good adhesive tape or ties.

acoustic wires

Will they void the warranty?

Dealers may claim that installing music yourself can void your warranty. In fact, it's just such a move - they move you to put music on them for a lot of money. Self-installation of music does not involve changing the electrical equipment of the car, wedging into the power supply system, since the wires have already been laid in advance, you just need to connect to them.

My missus bought a Nissan Almera 2013 Comfort package. This bundle does not provide for music and I, flatly forbidding her to order music as an additional option, decided to install everything myself.

A feature of this configuration is that standard r16 speakers are already installed in the front doors, and there are no speakers or wiring for future speakers in the rear doors. Established speakers, it was decided to replace.

So, we need to do the following:
1 - Organize the wiring for the rear speakers

IMPORTANT
1 point will be described in this article (Installation of acoustics Nissan Almera 2013 Article 1)
2,3,4 in the next (Nissan Almera 2013 acoustic installation Article 2)

So, let's begin. Here's what we need:
- Good mood (for work)
-1 Radio (JVC KW-R400) (2din)
-2 Speaker set for front (JBL GT6-6 6.5")
-3 Rear speaker set (ALPINE SXE-1725s 6.5")
-4 Acoustic wire (8 meters)
-5 Mounting rings (4 pcs R16 15 mm thick)
-6 Vibroplast (1 sheet)

7 Acoustic terminals (on "+" and on "-" 4 pcs each)
-8 Drill and drill bits for metal (better by 3 mm)
-9 Screwdriver set (must have an asterisk)
-10 Wire cutters and pliers
-11 Self-tapping screws with wide thread 35 mm (10-12 pcs)
-12 Insulating tape

-13 ISO adapter (NS-04)

-14 Antenna adapter (unfortunately I don't remember the model)

Getting started!

We remove the front panel from the torpedo. To remove it, you need to take it from below and pull it towards you, thanks to the effort it will unhook.

Using a screwdriver, we unscrew the 4 screws that hold the two metal bases, the latter, in turn, are screwed to the plastic box and the bar. (Instead of them in this picture is my radio tape recorder). These bases can be easily screwed to a 2-Din radio, and you don't even need a frame.

Having removed the plastic bar and the box, we will see the standard connector for the antenna (1) and ISO (2). For which we have stocked adapters, which were mentioned above.

We take an acoustic wire and pass it through the hole where our radio tape recorder will stand under the lower part of the torpedo

We lead and fasten under the torpedo (with clamps, electrical tape, 2-sided tape, at least with something))) wire to the front door pillar. (I decided to insulate the entire wire)

Removing the plastic trim

And remove the lining of the central pillar of the doors

We pass the wire under the trim next to the threshold to the central pillar of the doors.

We raise the wire along the center pillar to the hole
and tuck it into a string

so we'll get to the door

We clean the wire and put acoustic terminals on the ends (black - negative - small terminal; red positive - large terminal)

We put the lining of the rack and the threshold in place.

Thus, the wiring for the rear doors is ready.

After we ran the wire for the speakers into the rear doors, the following remained:
2 - Install speakers in the rear doors
3 - Replace stock speakers in the front doors
4 - Install the radio, power it up and connect our speakers to it

Let's install the speakers in the door, everything is simple here.

First, remove the door trim. For this you need:

Remove the power window handle. With a screwdriver you need to pick up and pull out the bracket. Like on a picture

We remove the lining that is located around the door handle (it is not difficult to snap off)

We remove the plastic contraption (sorry for my ignorance in the names of many parts). It also pops off easily with a flathead screwdriver.

Loosen 2 screws

We remove the casing, which is held only by the caps. To do this, you need to take hold of the bottom edge and gently, but strongly pull towards you)

After removal, we will see such a picture. This foam curtain of course needs to be torn off.

Now the fun part:

We take a vibroplast and cut out a gasket from it for our ring

We glue a ring of vibroplast on the door

We drill 4 holes with a 3 mm drill

And we fasten the ring with self-tapping screws to the door on the resulting gasket made of vibroplast

We cut out another ring from the vibroplast and glue it on top of the resulting podium

Now we connect the column. (acoustic terminals were prepared) And we fasten the column on self-tapping screws to the ring

We dress the door trim in reverse order.

Stage 2 of our work is ready

Everything is simple and without pictures:
-remove the front door trim,
- unscrew the column,
- cut off the regular wire that feeds the column,
- put acoustic terminals on it
-just as described above, we make podiums and attach new speakers to them (just like in the rear doors)
-replace the front door trim

4th and final stage Connecting the speakers to the radio

At this stage we have the following:
- New speakers in the front doors that are connected to the standard wiring and go to the future radio through the standard ISO output
- New speakers in the rear doors for which new wiring has been arranged. The latter, in turn, is not connected anywhere and simply "sticks out" in the form of 2 acoustic wires from a torpedo

It's time to connect the speakers to the radio. I decided not to mount the wires from the rear speakers into the standard ISO output, thus avoiding unnecessary trouble, but to mount them into the purchased ISO adapter.

For this:

We take our adapter NS-04

We find on it 4 wires with inscriptions: right rear negative; right rear positive; left rear negative; left rear positive (2 purple and 2 green wires respectively)

Cut them down the middle

We clean the ends of the above

We clean the ends of the wires that come from the rear door speakers

We connect the wires right rear negative with black from the right speaker with a twisted pair; right rear positive with red from right column;

Left rear negative with black from left column; left rear positive with red from the left column.
Let's isolate everything.

We connect the standard ISO through the purchased ISO adapter to the radio. In the same way, but through the antenna adapter, we connect the antenna.

We fasten the radio with 4 screws into the torpedo.

That's all.

We get good sound through our work. And, which turned out to be very important for my soulmate, a very aesthetic appearance of the radio in the dashboard.
