I took a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado in 2010 from a dealer (before that I drove the 120th Prado), I did not participate in a test drive, so I got behind the wheel for the first time after purchase. After the first hour of running around the city, I noticed that it was a terribly stupid move (I compare it with his “little brother”), although the gear shifting pleased me, and the control was easy. But at idle, the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado hardly rides, the foot is constantly on the accelerator pedal. But this is a plus, such as a smooth ride. Consumption in the city is a little and not a little - 23-25 liters. As for the interior of the cabin - here I am very grateful to the design skills of the creators of the TLCP 150. Dashboard, electric steering wheel adjustment, divine multifunction steering wheel, and even such a trifle as: aux, usb, refrigerator in the armrest. All this can be listed for a very long time. There are also minor cons, such as erasing plastic on the steering wheel lining and door coverings. But all this is nothing compared to soft seats, the upholstery of which is made of good leather. In general, I give 10 points out of 10 for the interior of the car. In the end, I will say that the car is worthy of attention, from the 7 years of experience that I spent driving the Prado.

The car can be very useful on the farm, I was worried through the mud that it would get stuck in the field, but I got out calmly, I didn’t sit down even once. So besides, when we went to the sea, I pulled my brother on the “fourth” Pajero on the sand. I skated a couple of months on the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 150th, diesel engine 3.0 liter (work vehicle), non-turbocharged, with mechanical box and almost “naked” interior - the most affordable option. On the track maximum speed 140 km / h, but you walk through the mud, like on a tank. That's just when you drive along the highway - the engine is running so loud that people nearby may think that this is a plane with a turboprop flying.

When you just got behind the wheel of a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, as if you were in another world, all the defects of the road go unnoticed, if you used to slow down somewhere, then with the Prado, in principle, you don’t notice problem areas, especially when it comes to w / d ways. When I passed through such a railway crossing, not a single blow, not the slightest feeling of discomfort. I would also like to talk about soundproofing, main disadvantage if the engine is high speed, then the sound of the engine is heard in the cabin, but extraneous noises do not penetrate into the cabin anymore. In general, the sound quality is excellent. There is also this type pavement when the asphalt is not even, but like a washboard, we have a lot of such roads in the region. And if earlier on past cars when driving on such roads there was an unpleasant rumble in the car, then the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado almost does not care about such a rumble, and I also consider this a considerable plus. As for the salon itself, I really liked it - it looks beautiful, stylish, dark in color, sharpening under a tree, it looks great, I also really liked the electronic scoreboard, beautiful, bright and interesting performance, it is perfectly readable both in the dark and in the daytime . Well, the question that interests most car owners is that the car has an appetite. At first, I rode measuredly, all the same, the car was running in, when you drive slowly, you are not in a hurry, it eats up about 6 liters per 100 km, well, to be specific - “slowly”, this is at a speed of up to 80 km / h. And I would also like to note regarding the issue of gasoline or diesel fuel. So that's all diesel cars differ in some special strong and irritating smell, it just makes me sick, but my Toyota Land Cruiser Prado smells completely different, far from so specific, and in principle I almost don’t notice it. I believe this is due to the fact that the Japanese first "tinkered" it in accordance with the Euro 4 standards, and then returned it to the Euro 3 standard again. And such a feature came out.
Advantages : comfort, suspension, the scoreboard is perfectly readable, the quality of the noise is excellent.

In total, two modifications of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado SUV are produced on the world market - with a three- and five-door body. The latter option has gained great popularity in Russia. Judging by the information contained in the reviews, we can draw the following conclusion. SUV "Land Cruiser Prado" is perfect car for those who prefer first of all quality, comfort and reliability. According to its technical abilities, the Prado can be used both on asphalt terrain (acceleration dynamics are just crazy) and on complete off-road. 
The Land Cruiser is a real all-terrain vehicle that, despite its glamorous appearance, can simultaneously give odds and sports sedans, and all-wheel drive SUVs. In terms of reliability, we can say that the car is one of the most maintainable. For the entire period of operation, the jeep requires only periodic topping up of oil and there is no headache with the engine - its resource is designed to operate for decades. The same can be said about the body - rust is not an enemy for him. But the Japanese did not guess with fuel consumption. Something, but the "gluttony" of the car is noticed immediately. The average fuel consumption of a jeep per "hundred" is 18-25 liters. This is perhaps the only drawback this vehicle. Otherwise, the Land Cruiser Prado remains perfect. And it's not for nothing that it has been holding onto the world market for so many years despite crises and constantly growing competitors.
