  2. Holding the nuts on the seam, unscrew the screws from the cabin side;
  3. The lower screws are unscrewed 2-3 turns. Then all parts are disengaged.

This arrangement is much prettier than on the restyled Logans and Sandero, where, due to the desire to refresh the look for a minimum of money, the center console turned into something ridiculous. Explicit, in my opinion, the minus of the cabin is black glossy plastic. Maybe it will seem to someone as an element of solidity ... But do not forget that such plastic is quickly covered with fingerprints, dust and scratches, which makes it look doubtful on sunny days. True, the test car presented by the auto center was in the “Lux” configuration (until the beginning of 2013 there will be no other Largus on the market). Cheaper versions will not have glossy plastic.

A few words about the audio system. Logans from the factory were equipped with only two front speakers and absolutely disgusting Blaupunkt radios, which did not accept MP3 files in any form, did not read discs well in the cold, often “buggy” and gave out a very mediocre sound. There are four speakers in the cabin (one in each of the doors), and the radio has no inscriptions on the body. Of course, it is difficult to understand how reliable it will be in use, but it is already pleasing that it has a usb port, an aux input, and the ability to play mp3 discs. Probably, audiophiles would criticize the sound, but as an average motorist, albeit with a musical education, I found it quite pleasant.

Armchairs Lada Largus

Separately, I want to thank AvtoVAZ for the seats new- they also differ from the "Logan" ones for the better. The driver has the ability to adjust the seat height and even the lumbar support! There is even heating, although it can only work in one intensity mode. The backrest tilt handle became noticeably easier to work. However, the old problem of a too short pillow remained unresolved: the legs are still hanging in the air, which makes them tired quickly.




Behind, as you might guess, the seats are separate. Nevertheless, the pillows are flat, and therefore on the second row of the chair it forms the same as on Logan, a flat sofa, on which it is very comfortable for the three of us to sit. The design of the head restraints is more modern and comfortable. True, the rear door handles remained the same defective. However, such a design is justified not only by considerations of economy: full-fledged handles would interfere with folding the seats.

And since we are talking about folding seats, it is worth talking separately about the third row of seats. He is, as they say, honest. Two adult men can sit there without any problems - we conducted the experiment during test drive Lada Largus with the help of two members of the newly formed club. One of the “experimental” reached 185 cm in height, and the second - 195 cm at all. Both were able to safely climb in there and sit there for a while, without complaining about the hard lot.

The inhabitants of the gallery will have three main problems: the need to keep their knees slightly raised, a certain tightness in the shoulders and a seat belt that stretches from the ceiling to the central passenger of the second row exactly between the two riders of the third. True, the distance to the back of the seats, and even more so to the ceiling, is a fair amount. In addition, the “rearmost” passengers are provided with an air duct for the stove (there is no such thing in the Dacia Logan MCV) and niches for glasses or bottles in the armrests. So you can go and feel like a man.

When all three rows of seats are laid out, the trunk volume is very, very modest - according to the passport, only 135 liters. When traveling in seven, you will have to take care of buying a roof box, since there are no roof rails. However, the third row folds up very quickly and simply, and if desired, it can be removed altogether. Fortunately, two interconnected chairs weigh 16 kilograms, and no bolts need to be unscrewed to dismantle them: just loosen two latches. Another obvious plus of the design is swing doors that can be opened either 90 or 180 degrees.







However, there was also an obvious flaw: the bracket, on which the third row is attached when unfolded, is not made flush, but protrudes above a flat floor. Thus, a wide refrigerator or washing machine you can’t just put it in the trunk - you have to put something in so as not to leave dents on the load. Finally, I note that judging by the passport data, the trunk volume with the third row folded down will be 560 liters, and with the second row folded and the third row removed - 2350 liters.

A spare wheel under the bottom is a common thing for high-capacity vehicles. There is a certain meaning in this. If it happens on the road, you won’t have to take out all the luggage and disembark passengers in order to remove the spare wheel from the niche. However, you need to be prepared for the fact that you have to get a little dirty. Thank God, the mounting bolt can be unscrewed from the trunk - it is under the carpet near the door. Until licensed production has been established at AvtoVAZ, it is delivered to Tolyatti from a factory in ... Portugal. Just like in Logan, only gasoline with an octane rating of at least 95 can be poured here. In passing, I note that the gas tank cap has lost its lock. In a certain sense, it has become more convenient to refuel, but do not forget that in some regions of our vast country, the problems of draining fuel are still relevant today.
