1. General requirements for cars
1.1. Cars must be new (not used) and manufactured no earlier than 2012. Cars must meet or exceed the parameters technical specifications given in the requirements.

1.2. Vehicles must be licensed for use on the territory Russian Federation, must have a vehicle passport, vehicle type approval, operation manual or instruction in Russian.

1.3. The cost of delivery of each car should include: a regular driver's tool kit, a set of traffic police (a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher - 2 pcs. (GAZ-32214), 1 pc. (GAZ-2705) with a capacity of at least 2 liters, an emergency stop sign), interior mats - 2 pcs., anti-corrosion coating, 4 fender liner.
2. Certification
2.1. The participant must provide all the necessary certificates for the supplied cars.

3. Warranty
3.1. The supplier must provide warranty service cars. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery or 100,000 km (whichever occurs first), unless otherwise specified in the specification. The warranty period can be extended, in accordance with the application.

3.2. Fulfillment of warranty obligations is ensured by the issuance by the Supplier of a service book with a note on pre-sale preparation.

3.3. During the period warranty period The supplier undertakes, at his own expense, to carry out necessary repairs, with the exception of malfunctions that occurred during improper operation of vehicles and routine maintenance on maintenance.

3.4. The terms for restoring the performance of vehicles should be no more than 7 working days. Otherwise, the Supplier undertakes to provide the Customer with similar vehicles.

3.5. The Supplier undertakes, during the entire warranty period, to carry out the delivery of vehicles from the State Unitary Enterprise Avtokombinat "Mosavtosantrans" to warranty repair and back.

4. Requirements for delivery

4.1. The supplier must have a certificate official dealer OOO " commercial vehicles GAZ Group.

4.2. Cars are delivered to the warehouse of the State Unitary Enterprise Avtokombinat "Mosavtosantrans" at the address: Moscow, Varshavskoe highway, house 134.

4.3. The delivery cost includes:

In recent years, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has put forward a number of new requirements. Their implementation forced a new look at the development of medical modifications. The differences between the machines created according to the special requirements of individual medical structures required the organization of the production of a whole type of models on the Gazelle and Sobol chassis, with bodies that differ both in design and in equipment. The time required to assemble such machines has greatly increased, and they no longer fit into the rhythm of the assembly line. And therefore, the development and production of sanitary modifications was transferred to the newly formed enterprise Samotlor-NN, which works in close cooperation with OAO GAZ, which retained the sale of products.

GAZ-3986- reanimobile with a modular-type body on the Gazelle chassis with a 4x2 or 4x4 wheel arrangement. The interchangeable body made of plastic sandwich panels is equipped with an efficient heating and ventilation system for the passenger compartment and keeps the heat well. Its installation takes only a few hours. An increase in the durability of standard bodies is facilitated by additional anti-corrosion treatment, including the Swedish mastic Mercasol.

Reanimobiles GAZ-32214 (4x2) and GAZ-322174 (4x4) equipped with a high plastic roof. The height inside the cabin is 1.85 m. - filter-ventilation flow-exhaust installation on the roof of the car.

As additional equipment it is proposed, for example, to install a Webasto air conditioner; independent air heater of salon, also Webasto; external power supply unit 220 V and recharging battery with external socket; parking air heater 220 V, double glazing of the medical salon; additional rear footboard.

Appearance GAZ 32214 is best known for its design in red (orange) and white. However, the key feature is still in the size of the vehicle. Due to the high roof up to 2.4 meters, a solid length of 5.5 meters and a width of almost 2.1 meters, Samotlor-NN engineers are able to place the necessary equipment inside, as well as places for medical personnel and patients. In addition, all ambulances are equipped with sirens and flashing beacons, which give an advantage when driving in emergency situations.

Often, the car body is equipped with additional light sources that allow you to successfully immerse patients in the vehicle. In this case, the last action can be carried out both through swing rear doors, so through the sliding front (in case the patient is able to move himself). Naturally, unlike the GAZ 3221, specialized vehicles do not have a number of windows (as a rule, rear side windows on both sides). A special step is supplied with the ambulance, which is necessary for placing patients in the car.

The internal space of the GAZ 32214 is clearly distributed. The driver's compartment includes 3 seats for medical personnel (including the driver himself), a functional central panel with switches, which, in addition to standard actions, are designed to control medical equipment. The main compartment is designed for 3 patients who can be placed in a lying or sitting position. For couches there are special reinforced fasteners that reliably protect the patient from environmental influences. A key role in the salon is played by medical equipment, which has all the functions necessary for the treatment, resuscitation and maintenance of the viability of patients.
