To apply fertilizers to the surface of the field, mounted, trailed and self-propelled machines equipped with centrifugal, pneumatic or auger distribution circuits.

Machine MVU-6 designed for transportation and sieving on the soil surface mineral fertilizers and low-dusting calcareous materials. The machine is a single-axle semi-trailer, on the frame of which a body is mounted 2 (Fig. 4.4, a), scattering apparatus 4 , tukonapravlyator, mechanisms and transfers.

The all-metal welded body has inclined sides and a flat bottom along which the upper branch of the chain-slat conveyor moves 7 . The conveyor is put on with chains on the sprockets of the drive and the rollers of the driven shaft and is driven from the running wheel by a chain drive 3 or from tractor PTO via transmission gearbox and chain drive 3 . When applying fertilizers at a dose of 200...2000 kg/ha, the first drive option is used, and when applying ameliorants at a dose of 1000...10,000 kg/ha, the second option is used. Gear shifting from the first option to the second and back is carried out by turning the gear lever located on the left on the machine frame to the “On” or “Off” position. A window has been cut into the rear wall of the body 8 for supplying fertilizers from the body to the sieving apparatus 4 .

A damper is used to change the height of the window and regulate the dose of fertilizers. 9 , which the mechanism 10 move up and down. Toucon guide 5 serves to divide the flow of fertilizer into two equal parts. It consists of a flow divider 11 (Fig. 4.4, b) and two removable trays 12 . By rearranging the fastening bolts in holes A, B and C, they change the slope of the trays and the place where fertilizers enter the discs.

The sieving device is equipped with two discs 14 , on the surface of which the blades are fixed 13 . The discs are fixed on the vertical shafts of the gearboxes 6 and are driven by the tractor PTO.

The working process. Fertilizers are loaded into the body with a loader, go to the field and turn on the transfer to the conveyor-feeder and disks. When the machine moves across the field, the bar conveyor moves a layer of fertilizer from the body, equal in thickness to the height of the window, and dumps them in a continuous stream onto the fertilizer guide divider. Divided into two streams, fertilizers enter the rotating disks, are carried away by them into rotation and are scattered across the field with a strip of width Bp (Fig. 4.4, c).

Adjustments. For aggregation with MVU-6, the required PTO speed is set on the tractor (1000 min -1). According to the table, the position of the damper is selected for a given dose of fertilizer application and by turning the steering wheel 10 (Fig. 4.4, a) combine the edge of the damper with the corresponding scale division number. Uniform distribution of fertilizers across the sieving width In r(Fig. 4.4, c) depends on the inclination of the trays and the location on the discs of the zone into which fertilizers are supplied. Rearranging trays in holes BUT(Fig. 4.4, b), B and AT, change the direction of fertilizer sieving and achieve the necessary uniformity. If the trays are fixed in the hole BUT, then the concentration of fertilizers in the middle of the sieving strip increases, if in the hole AT- along its edges.

The width of the sieving strip when applying granular fertilizers reaches 16 m, crystalline and low-dust ameliorants - 10 m. The operating speed is up to 15 km/h. Dose of fertilizer application with feeder drive from wheel 200...2000 kg/ha, ameliorants (drive from PTO) – 1000...10000 kg/ha. The machine is aggregated with tractors of class 1.4 and 2.

RUM-5-03, PSh-21.6 machines, equipped with a rod-pneumatic distribution device, are designed for uniform distribution of mineral fertilizers during their main application and top dressing of grain crops cultivated according to intensive technology.

RUM-5-03 machine consists of a body 5 (Fig. 4.5, a), a fertilizer guide 15 , right 9 and left 1 rods, pneumatic systems, running wheels 12 and drive mechanism. The body of the welded structure is equipped with a bar conveyor 14 , protective mesh 6 , dosing gate 4 with movement mechanism 3 and tarpaulin.

When sieving fertilizer conveyor 14 is driven from the rear support wheel through a drive roller and a double-circuit chain drive. To unload unused fertilizers from the body, the conveyor is driven from the tractor PTO through a gear mounted in front of the body. The running wheels are spaced for a track width of 1800 mm.

The fertilizer guide, installed under the rear end of the conveyor, is divided into fourteen sections. Each section is equipped with a receiver, a butterfly valve, a branch pipe and a nozzle. The branch pipe of each section is connected to the air distributor 13 pneumatic system, and the nozzle - with a corresponding distribution pipe 11 . The boom sections consist of a frame, a package of plastic distribution pipes 11 different lengths, guides, divider and reflectors mounted on spray tips 10 pipes.

Pneumatic system includes two fans 8 , two air ducts 7 and two air diffusers 13 mounted on the sidewalls of the body. The branch pipe of the air distributors is connected by pipes to the nozzles of the fertilizer guide.

When the machine is moving, the conveyor 14 delivers fertilizer through a window located under the metering slide 4 , in the tukonavigator 15 . Fertilizers are evenly distributed by receivers along the nozzles, captured by the air flow created in the nozzles by fans, and fed into the pipes 11 rods.

Fertilizers come out of the pipes through the tips 10 in the form of an aero mixture and reflectors are sent to the field.

The application dose is changed from 100 to 1000 kg/ha by moving the damper 4

The machine is aggregated with tractors MTZ-80 and MTZ-82. Body capacity 5 tons, working width 12 m, operating speed up to 10 km/h, productivity at an application rate of 220 kg/ha up to 7 ha/h.

Machine STT-10 is intended for application of mineral fertilizers with increased uniformity of distribution of fertilizers over the area. In this case, the non-uniformity index does not exceed ±15%. STT-10 is used for feeding grain crops cultivated according to intensive technology, as well as for transporting fertilizers, grain and other bulk materials with their unloading through a window in the rear wall of the body.

The machine consists of a body 22 (Fig. 4.5, b), conveyor 27 , metering valve 26 , distributing device 16 mounted on the frame in front of the body, two conveyor drive mechanisms. The body from above is closed by a folding grid 23 , which prevents large objects from falling into it when loading fertilizers.

Distributor includes two rotors 28 and 29, rotating around a horizontal axis, and two fertilizer guides 17 . Rotors are equipped with inner and outer blades 30 . When fertilizing, the conveyor is driven by the front shaft 24 , receiving rotation from front wheel through cardan shaft and two-stage transmission 18.

When the machine is moving, the conveyor moves forward and through the dosing hole in the front wall of the body delivers fertilizer to the fertilizer guides 17 . The latter direct the flow of fertilizers to the blades of the rotors rotating in opposite directions at a frequency of 810 min -1 . Due to the different inclination of the blades, the rotors scatter fertilizers into four working zones and distribute them over the field.

The dose of fertilizer application in the range from 100 to 2000 kg/ha is regulated by a damper 26 , the position of which is chosen according to the table.

To unload fertilizer residues, as well as transported materials, the conveyor is driven by a rear shaft 20 receiving rotation from the PTO of the tractor. The conveyor moves the material to the rear wall of the body and drops it to the ground through the window. The unloading window when applying fertilizers and transporting materials is covered with a damper 21 .

The machine is aggregated with the MTZ-80 tractor. Its working width is 10...15 m, working speed is 10...15 km/h, productivity is up to 18 ha/h.

RSHU-12 machine, equipped with an auger distribution device, provides a high uniformity of fertilizer distribution over the surface of arable land when feeding crops cultivated using intensive technology. The machine consists of a hopper 31 (Fig. 4.5, c), two rods 35 , 40 and drive mechanism. The bunker has two outlets with dampers 33 controlled from the tractor cab. Agitators are installed on the inclined walls of the hopper 32 performing oscillatory motion. Rods made of pipe have the shape of a closed loop, inside which a spiral conveyor moves. 37 . In the lower part of the working branches of the rods, outlet holes are made 42 with flaps connected by a rod 36 with regulator lever 38 . The conveyor spiral is driven by a helical sprocket 41 transmission mechanism from the PTO of the tractor.

The working process. With PTO engaged and dampers open 33 fertilizer from the bunker 31 enter the receiving trays 39 and dumped onto moving spiral conveyors 37 . The latter move the fertilizer along the working branches of the rods and push them through the outlet holes to the field surface. Excess fertilizer is returned to the receiving trays through the return branches of the booms.

Adjustments. The dose of fertilizer application is set depending on the cross section of the outlet holes and the speed of movement. To do this, turn the control lever 38 that moves the shutters of all outlets. The position of the lever is selected according to the table for the given norms and speed of the machine.

Machine coverage 12 m, application rate 60...300 kg/ha, operating speed up to 12 km/h. The machine is aggregated with tractors of class 1.4 and 2.

Machines for subsoil application are equipped with fertilizer sowing systems and working bodies for planting fertilizers into the soil with tapes or lines to a depth of 15 cm.

Mounted vehicle MVU-0.5A(Fig. 4.6) is intended for sieving mineral fertilizers and green manure seeds on the surface of the field. Siderates are plants (lupins, mustard, etc.) used as green manure. The vegetative mass of these plants is mowed and incorporated into the soil by tillage machines.

The machine consists of a hopper 15 (Fig. 4.6, a) with a volume of 0.5 m 3, a vault destroyer 14 feeder 12 , dispenser, damper control mechanism, centrifugal sieving apparatus 11 , drive and hitch. The bunker has the shape of a truncated cone, closed on top with a mesh and a hinged lid 1 . On the front wall of the hopper there is a viewing window for monitoring filling and emptying, and in the bottom there are two windows 13 for sowing fertilizers. Bunker-mounted vault destroyer 14 is pivotally connected to the drive shaft shank. The blades are attached to the bar of the breaker at the bottom, and the support wheel is attached to the top.

The dispenser, installed under the bottom of the hopper, consists of two rotary valves 20 and 21 (Fig. 4.6, b), hinged on the drive bearing housing. The dampers have protrusions with holes 19 , numbered 1...6 with signs "-" and "+". Each damper has two exhaust ports. BUT and B located so that the window of the upper damper is above the window of the lower one. Window section BUT and B depends on the relative position of the shutters. Window BUT and B aligned with windows 13 at the bottom of the bunker.

The damper control mechanism consists of a sector 5 (Fig. 4.6, a), handles 3 , mobile stop 4, hydraulic cylinder 2 and rods 10 . The latter are made of three links: end L-shaped rod 18 , screw tie 17 and rod 16. end rod 18 with a bent end enters one of the holes 19 , and the rod 16 connected to a fist fixed on the shaft of the handle 3 . Hydraulic cylinder rod 2 connected to another fist welded to the handle shaft. When moving the handle 3 all the way 4 or hydraulic cylinder rod 2 (when oil is supplied to the cavity of the hydraulic cylinder), the dampers rotate relative to each other, as a result of which the cross section of the windows changes BUT and B(Fig. 4.6, b), through which fertilizers from the hopper enter the disc of the fertilizer spreader 11 (Fig. 4.6, a).

feeder 12 scraper type is a rotating rotor with blades that act on the bottom layer of fertilizer and ensure a continuous flow through the windows 13 , BUT and B on the rotating disk of the sieving device.

Centrifugal sieving apparatus 11 consists of a rotating disk, closed on top with a lid, and radial blades located between it. A window is made in the center of the lid directly under the dispenser. A cone-dissector is fixed on the disk, facing upwards.

The drive of the machine MVU-0.5A consists of a gearbox 6 and two belt drives 8 for the drive of the vault destroyer and the disk of the fertilizer dispersing apparatus. The machine is also equipped with a replaceable pneumatic centrifugal sieving device for broadcast sowing of seeds of cereals, perennial grasses and other crops. It is installed instead of a centrifugal apparatus.

Machine working process. When the PTO is turned on, the shaft of the breaker, the rotor of the feeder and the sieving disk rotate. Roof breaker blades agitate the central column of fertilizer in the hopper, feeder scrapers push the fertilizer into the sowing windows BUT and B. Fertilizers are fed in a continuous stream to the cone-divider of the disc and are carried away into rotation. Under the action of centrifugal force, the particles move along the surface and blades of the disk, reach its outer edge and are dispersed in a fan-shaped flow (right - back - left) over the soil surface.

Adjustments. The dose of fertilizers and green manure seeds (in kg / ha) is regulated by moving the dampers 20 , 21 and changing the speed of the unit. The set dose of fertilizer application is provided by moving the stop 4 by sector 5 . The corresponding division of the scale on the sector is selected according to the table. To ensure the uniformity (symmetry) of the distribution of fertilizers across the width of the sieving strip, rearrange the end rods 18 rods 10 in holes 19 dampers. The corresponding hole is selected according to the table.

The width of the sieving strip for granular fertilizers is 16…24 m, for crystalline fertilizers – 8…10 m, green manure – 8…12 m. The operating speed is 6…15 km/h. The dose of fertilizer application is 400…1000 kg/ha, green manure – 10…200 kg/ha. MVU-0.5A is aggregated with tractors of class 0.6 ... 2.

Single-axle hydroficated mineral fertilizer spreader 1-RMG-4(Fig. 4.7) is designed for surface application of mineral fertilizers and lime materials.

The main components of the spreader include: a frame with a body 1 , bar conveyor 2 , dosing device 4 , tukonadvigatel 10 spreading device 5, wind protection device 6 , running wheels 8 With braking system. The back board of a body has a window for passage of the conveyor and fertilizers.

The conveyor is driven from the road wheel 8 by roller 7, pressed against the wheel by a hydraulic cylinder.

Feed guide channel 10 divided into two sleeves with hinged walls 11 . Such a connection of the walls allows you to adjust the place where the mass of fertilizers is fed to the discs. 12 spreading device. The fastening of the fertilizer guide is designed so that it can be moved in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the body.

The spreading device consists of two discs with blades. The right disk is driven by a hydraulic motor. Rotation to the left disk from the right is transmitted by means of a V-belt through variable speed pulleys mounted on the lower sides of both disks. The hydraulic motor of the spreading device is driven by the tractor hydraulic system. The spreader is equipped with a wind protection device.

Prepared mineral fertilizers or lime materials are loaded into the body of the spreader by loading means. The unit goes to the place of fertilization. The tractor driver turns on the hydraulic system: the hydraulic cylinder drives the spreading discs, and the power cylinder presses the roller against the road wheel. With the movement of the aggregate, fertilizers are fed to the spreading device.

The fertilizer application rate is regulated by changing the gear ratio of the conveyor drive and the size of the gap above the conveyor with a slide gate on the rear wall of the body. Slot size for different types fertilizers and application rates are taken from the table, which is placed on a metal plate and attached to the rear side of the spreader body.

The uniform distribution of fertilizers across the width of the grip is regulated by moving the fertilizer guide 10 along its guides and by changing the position of the movable divider walls 11 .

Spreader 1-RMG-4 is aggregated with tractors of 14 kN thrust class, equipped with a hydraulic hook and outlets for connecting electrical equipment.

Fertilizer seeding adjustment. Disc spreaders are set for sowing fertilizers according to the tables of factory manuals. They indicate which division of the scale should be set to the metering slide for a given fertilizer sowing, depending on the working width, the speed of the machine and the volumetric weight of the fertilizer.

Under production conditions, these indicators may differ from the table values. With an increase in the speed of movement of the unit and the width of the sieving strip, the sowing of fertilizers decreases, and with an increase in the bulk density, it increases. This must be taken into account when setting the metering slide lever to the scale division of the regulator.

Seeding table Q t(kg/ha), according to which the dosing device is installed, should be determined by the formula

After installing the dosing device, according to the table of the factory manual, an experimental check of fertilizer sowing is carried out. For this, a container is placed under the dosing device and, turning on the gear, fertilizers are collected in it for 1 ... 2 minutes.

Mass of fertilizer q(kg) to be sown is found by the formula

To check the seeding in the field, a weighed portion of fertilizer is poured into the hopper. After sieving, the area covered with fertilizers is measured and the actual seeding is calculated. Qg(kg/ha) fertilizer formula

Verification can be done by comparing the actual head length obtained by sieving fertilizers with the calculated l calc(m). The length of the rut measured after sowing should be equal to the calculated one.

It is intended for crushing of caked and not caked mineral fertilizers (packaged and not packaged).

The drive of the working bodies is carried out from the PTO of the tractor. Consists of a frame undercarriage, a grinding device, a hopper with a feeder and a clamping device, a separating device, an unloading conveyor, a device for removing sacks, a mechanism for driving working bodies. It is aggregated with class 1.4 tractors.

It is intended for obtaining 2- or 3-component fertilizer mixtures with simultaneous loading into vehicles. It consists of a frame, three dosing and longitudinal conveyors, a mixing device, an unloading elevator, three bunkers and three dosing valves, a drive mechanism, an electric drive, a hydraulically driven wheel drive and a brake system, as well as a weight control device. The drive of working bodies from the electric motor or PTO of a tractor.

The main mixing body is a blade beater. The position of the beater blades in relation to the direction of flow is adjusted using nuts and locknuts. The mixer is loaded from one side. With the help of metering valves, the required gap sizes are set for a given proportion of the mixture.

It is aggregated with tractors of classes 0.9; 1.4.

The use of the UTM-30 installation compared to the UTS-30 machine provides a reduction in the specific material consumption by 35%, an increase in labor productivity by 10%.

Hydroficated 1-RMG-4

Designed for surface application of all types and forms of mineral fertilizers, lime materials and gypsum. It is a single-axle semi-trailer and consists of a frame, a body, a conveyor drive device, distributing organs, running system. The body is bimetallic to provide the necessary corrosion resistance.

Adjustment of the dose of fertilizer application is carried out by changing the width of the gap between the bottom and the metering damper along the ruler attached under the damper to the rear board.

It is aggregated with tractors of traction class 1, 4.

Machine for applying mineral fertilizers and sowing seeds of green manure MVU-0.5A

Designed for surface application of solid mineral fertilizers in granular and crystalline form on small contour fields and in gardens, followed by embedding them with tillage implements, feeding winter crops, row crops (at an early stage of development), meadows and pastures, sowing green manure seeds.

The application dose is set depending on the operating speed of the unit by the adjustment mechanism. Uniform distribution of fertilizers across the width is regulated by a dosing device.

The MVU-0.5A machine is mainly used according to the reloading technological scheme.

It consists of a conical bunker with a safety net, a scraper feeding and bottom dosing device, a rotary vault destroyer, a centrifugal pneumomechanical-type fertilizer-scattering apparatus and a mechanism for driving working bodies.

The fertilizer sowing apparatus consists of a paddle disk. On the blades there is a cover with a central loading hole. In the center, the disk is reinforced with a cone-divider. The feeding device is made in the form of scrapers rotating on the shaft, located parallel to the shutters of the dosing device.

It is aggregated with wheeled tractors of traction classes 0.6; 1.4; 2.

The working process. Fertilizers are loaded into the body with a loader, go to the field and turn on the transfer to the conveyor-feeder and disks. When the machine moves across the field, the bar conveyor moves a layer of fertilizer from the body, equal in thickness to the height of the window, and dumps them in a continuous stream onto the fertilizer guide divider. The machine is aggregated with a tractor of traction classes 1.4 ... 2 (MTZ-80, MTZ-82), equipped with a hydroficated traction hook, a rear power take-off shaft with a rotation speed of 1000 rpm, outlets for connecting electrical equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic brake systems. Device

The MVU-6 machine (Fig. 1) is a semi-trailer equipped with a transporting and two dissipating centrifugal-type working bodies.

The body of the machine is metal, all-welded construction, consists of sides and a frame. To access it, a ladder is used, which in the transport position is installed in brackets on board.
The fertilizer guide includes a flow divider and two trays, which, depending on their installation (three positions), can redistribute the material supply across the width of the sowing strip.
The feeder conveyor and spreading discs are driven from the tractor PTO or separately (feeder conveyor from the running wheel of the machine, spreading discs from the tractor PTO). The tension of the conveyor-feeder is carried out by moving the spring-loaded axis with the help of bolts.

The machine has two brake drives independent of each other: pneumatic, acting from the tractor pneumatic system, and mechanical manual. The pneumatic brake drive serves to brake the machine and the tractor simultaneously in motion and when stopped, and is activated when the tractor brake pedal is pressed. The manual mechanical drive of the brakes serves to brake the machine in the parking lot (parking brake). Braking is done by turning the handle clockwise, releasing - against.

The electrical equipment system includes two front and rear lights, a license plate light and a wiring harness for supplying power from the tractor's mains.

Operating procedure

Prepared mineral fertilizers (lime, gypsum-containing materials) are loaded into the car body by loading means. Before starting work, the required dose of application is set. Depending on the type and dose of the applied material, the setting is reduced to adjusting the height of the seed slot of the metering gate, installing the fertilizer guide trays and ensuring the drive of the conveyor-feeder from the tractor PTO or the machine wheel.

The opening of the metering gate for a given dose of application is carried out by rotating the handwheel using a rack and pinion mechanism.

The uniformity of the distribution of materials (fertilizers) on the application strip is determined visually and is regulated by the installation of trays. When applying granular and fine-grained mineral fertilizers, adjustable trays are installed on the divider, allowing you to change the place of supply of the mass to the sieving discs. If they are installed along hole 1, then the concentration of applied fertilizers increases in the middle part of the sown strip, if they are installed along hole 3 - along the edges of the sown strip.

Estimated doses of application at the appropriate bulk density, working width of sieving and forward speed of the unit are shown in the tables depending on the drive of the conveyor-feeder.
Maintenance
The reliability of the machine depends on the correct and timely implementation of measures for its maintenance. During operation, the following types of maintenance are carried out:

  • during running-in, preparation for running-in and its completion;

  • ETO every 10 hours of work;

  • TO-1 after 60 hours of work under load;

  • During inter-shift short-term and long-term storage;

  • Maintenance before the start of the maintenance season.
The latter should be combined with maintenance when removing machines from long-term storage.

When carrying out ETO, it is necessary to clean the machine from dirt and residues of the materials introduced, rinse it with warm water, check the completeness and correctness of its aggregation with the tractor, the tension of the feeder conveyor and the operation of the brakes; you should also make sure that the electrical equipment is working and check the tightness of the connections of the hydraulic and pneumatic brake systems.

During TO-1, all activities for shift maintenance are carried out, and additionally, the reliability of fastening of wheel gearboxes, dispersing disks, housings and bearing caps, body to the axle of the balancing bogie, as well as the pressure in the tires of the wheels are checked.
