What kind of oil to fill in gur vases. What kind of oil to fill in gur

By car VAZ

Before starting independent fluid change in the hydraulic booster (GUR) of your Vase, read the manufacturer's information about the types and brands of water used in the car. Most models use Pentosin Hydraulic Fluid CHF 11S VW52137.

Would like to see what the procedure is power steering fluid change It's not easy and it won't take you more than an hour.
And so, let's get started.
We hang the front of the car on a jack and substitute an emphasis under the front of the thresholds.

Then, using a syringe with an extension cord in the form of a plastic tube, we pump out from the power steering reservoir
waste liquid. After the liquid tank will run out turn the steering wheel all the way to the left. Butter reappears in the tank. We pump it out and turn the steering wheel all the way to the right. We pump out the liquid that has appeared again.

Now let's start filling hydraulic system new oil. In this case, let's take power steering oil Castrol ATF Dex II Multivehicle. We need about 800 grams.

Pour the liquid into the reservoir to the maximum level and begin to scroll the steering wheel all the way, first to the left, then to the right.

Now we start the engine for a while and turn it off. Then we turn the wheel again. During these operations, the liquid in the tank will decrease, do not forget to add it.

At the end we execute pumping and removing air from the power steering. To do this, turn the steering wheel on a muffled car 10 times in each direction. Then the same with the engine running.

After power steering fluid replacement you must feel that wheel turned much easier

There is another way power steering fluid change. Its essence is to replace the old oil with new. This method is of better quality, since it is possible to completely get rid of the old oil, but at the same time, the new one will need twice as much.

You will need an assistant for this procedure.
1. We pump out the liquid from the power steering reservoir;
2. Remove the return hose from the tank and turn it off, for example, with another hose with a pinched end;
3. We put on another hose on the return line and bring it out under the car into a previously prepared container;
4. Pour liquid into the tank to the maximum level, the assistant starts the engine;
5. As soon as the liquid leaves, the assistant turns off the engine at your signal;
6. Pour the liquid again to the “MAX” mark and repeat the procedure until it goes into the prepared container pure liquid;
7. We put the return hose back on and add power steering fluid to the desired level.

And in conclusion, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the procedure for replacing power steering hoses on a VAZ car

Many today use a VAZ 2110 car. Not everyone knows which power steering oil to choose.
The correct operation of the GRU contributes to the fact that driving a machine is a comfortable and safe process. However, in order for the hydraulic booster to function normally, it must be serviced on time.
Most often, the manufacturer gives advice on the oil to be used for normal operation this system. The brand of power steering oil VAZ 2110 is of great importance.
However, most drivers remember the need to change the oil only after the failure of the GRU.

Signs of breakdown

Most often, the following signs indicate that the hydraulic booster is not working properly:

  • When rotating, incomprehensible sounds are made that were not there before;
  • Steering wheel rotation is slower than before. In addition, the driver has to exert more effort when it rotates than before.

Note: These problems can also appear as a result of other problems. Therefore, before starting the repair of the GRU, you need to figure out whether the problem is really with it.

Power steering maintenance

In order for the machine to always function normally and there were no failures during its operation, it is necessary that the driver service it in a timely manner.
However, this service must be correct. works due to oil, so it is very sensitive to the state of such a liquid.
Here are some tips for maintaining it:

  • The oil should be changed at least once a year. Especially often you need to change the oil for those who use their car too intensively.

Note: Otherwise, the hydraulic booster will stop working properly, so it will need to be repaired or even replaced, which will cost much more than buying new oil.

  • Moreover, in addition to complete replacement oil needs to be topped up occasionally. Very often, the oil level becomes below the required level.
    Therefore, it must be topped up to the maximum mark. With frequent topping up, it turns black. This indicates the need to replace it.

Operating rules

In order for the hydraulic booster to serve for a long time, during its operation it is necessary to observe the following rules:

  • In winter, it needs to be warmed up, otherwise under the action hard frost it may crack. It warms up easily.
    To do this, you just need to twist it several times, first to the right, and then to the left. In this case, the amplitude of rotation should not be too large.
  • If the power steering is faulty, then you can not drive a car in any case.

Note: This will lead to an emergency on the road, as the driver may not be able to turn off in time.

  • If the level is below the norm or it is not there at all, then the use of the machine in this case is prohibited.
  • Do not hold the steering wheel in the most extreme positions for too long. Because of this, the pump is overloaded.

Note: so that the load is not so strong, you do not need to hold the steering wheel in extreme positions. It is enough to take it just a few cm back.

How to choose power steering oil

Usually, for any model, the manufacturer gives recommendations on which one needs to be filled. In no case should cheap oils be poured into the top ten, as this will lead to the timely failure of the machine.
This is due to the fact that they do not have enough of the protective properties that the GRU needs.

Note: in some cases it is necessary to fill in this system with the usual motor oil. But this should only be done in emergency situations.

How to understand that the hydraulic booster needs to be replaced

It is necessary to start replacing the GRU system only if:

  • There is an oil leak in the system;
  • The steering wheel turns much harder than it used to;
  • The oil had a smell reminiscent of burning;
  • At higher speeds, the steering wheel turns easier than at idle;
  • There are extraneous sounds in the system.

Note: any part can wear out due to the fact that the oil is not changed on time.

Which oils to choose: mineral or synthetic

Exist different kinds oils. Naturally, mineral oils are much more expensive than synthetic ones. However, they have many more useful properties.
There are many rubber parts in the power steering system. Synthetic oils have a bad effect on rubber, as they are quite aggressive (this cannot be said about mineral oils).
Such oils can only be poured into this system if its parts are designed for this.

Changing the oil in the system

Having decided to independently change the oil in the system, you must perform the following steps in the exact sequence:

  • Unscrew the cap of the tank where the oil is located.
  • Pump out the liquid present here. To do this, you can use a syringe with a thin tube.
  • Fill with new fluid to the highest possible level.
  • Start the engine and turn the steering wheel left and right a few times.
  • Stop the engine

However, there is another way that will allow you to completely pump out all the liquid from the system.
For this:

  • Drain fluid from reservoir.
  • Loosen the clamps on the hoses that go to the tank.
  • Remove hoses and tank. It needs to be washed.
  • The hose from the steering rack should be put at one end in a plastic bottle.
  • Turn on the engine. Turn the steering wheel left and right. This will remove excess fluid from the system, which will flow through the hose.

Note: before starting work, you can hang the front of the machine, which will make it easier to turn the steering wheel.

  • The second hose should be inserted onto the funnel. Pour new fluid through it.
  • Collect everything in reverse.

You can change the oil in the power steering system with your own hands. Before starting this procedure, you should review the photos and videos on this topic, of which there are a lot on the Internet.
In addition, our instructions can help. It is noteworthy that the price of new oil is much lower than the cost of repairing the entire GRU system, which can break down due to the fact that the oil has not been changed for a long time.

What kind of oil to fill in the power steering? This question is of interest to car owners in various cases (when changing the fluid, when buying a car, before the cold season, and so on). Japanese manufacturers allow pouring liquids into the power steering system for automatic transmission(ATF). And the European ones indicate that it is necessary to pour special liquids(PSF). Outwardly, they differ in color. According to this main and additional features, which we will consider below, it is just possible to decide what kind of oil to fill in the power steering.

Types of fluids for power steering

Before answering the question of which oil is in the hydraulic booster, you need to decide on existing types these liquids. Historically, it so happened that motorists distinguish them only by colors, although this is not entirely correct. After all, it is more technically competent to pay attention to the tolerances that fluids for power steering have. In particular:

  • viscosity;
  • mechanical properties;
  • hydraulic properties;
  • chemical composition;
  • temperature characteristics.

Therefore, when choosing, first of all, it is necessary to pay attention to the listed characteristics, and then to the color. In addition, the following oils are currently used in power steering:

  • mineral. Their use is due to the presence of a large number of rubber parts in the power steering system - o-rings, seals and other things. In severe frosts and in extreme heat, rubber can crack and lose its performance properties. To prevent this from happening, mineral oils are used, which best protect rubber products from the listed harmful factors.
  • Synthetic. The problem with their use is that they contain rubber fibers that harm the rubber sealing products in the system. However, modern automakers have begun to add silicone to rubber, which neutralizes the effects of synthetic fluids. Accordingly, the scope of their use is constantly growing. When buying a car, be sure to read in the service book what kind of oil to pour into the power steering. If you don't have a service book, call official dealer. In any case, you need to know the exact tolerances for the possibility of using synthetic oil.

We list the advantages and disadvantages of each of the mentioned types of oils. So, to the benefits mineral oils applies to:

  • sparing effect on the rubber products of the system;
  • low price.

Disadvantages of mineral oils:

  • significant kinematic viscosity;
  • high tendency to form foam;
  • short service life.

Advantages fully synthetic oils:

Differences in the color of different oils

  • long service life;
  • stable operation in any temperature conditions;
  • low viscosity;
  • the highest lubricating, anti-corrosion, antioxidant and anti-foam properties.

Disadvantages of synthetic oils:

  • aggressive impact on the rubber parts of the power steering system;
  • approval for use in a limited number of vehicles;
  • high price.

As for the common color gradation, automakers offer the following power steering fluids:

  • Red. It is considered the most perfect, since it is created on the basis of synthetic materials. Relate to Dexron, which represent the ATF class - transmission fluids for “automatic machines” (Automatic Transmission Fluid). These oils are often used in automatic boxes gears. However, they are not suitable for all vehicles.
  • Yellow color. Such fluids can be used for automatic transmission and for power steering. Usually they are made on the basis of mineral components. Their manufacturer is German concern Daimler. Accordingly, these oils are used in machines manufactured in this concern.
  • Green color. This composition is also universal. However, it can only be used with manual transmission and as a power steering fluid. Oil can be made on the basis of mineral or synthetic components. Usually more viscous.

Many automakers use the same oil for automatic transmission and power steering. In particular, they include companies from Japan. And European manufacturers require that a special fluid be used in hydraulic boosters. Many consider this a simple marketing ploy. Regardless of the type, all power steering fluids perform the same tasks. Let's consider them in more detail.

Power steering fluid functions

The functions of oils for power steering include:

  • transfer of pressure and effort between the working bodies of the system;
  • lubrication of power steering units and mechanisms;
  • anti-corrosion function;
  • transfer of thermal energy to cool the system.

Hydraulic oils for power steering contain the following additives:

PSF fluid for power steering

  • reducing friction;
  • viscosity stabilizers;
  • anticorrosive substances;
  • acidity stabilizers;
  • coloring compositions;
  • antifoam additives;
  • compositions for protecting rubber parts of the power steering mechanism.

ATF oils perform the same functions, however, their differences are as follows:

  • they contain additives that provide an increase in the static friction of friction clutches, as well as a decrease in their wear;
  • different compositions of fluids are due to the fact that friction clutches are made from different materials.

Any power steering fluid is created on the basis of base oil and a certain amount of additives. Due to their differences, the question often arises as to whether it is possible to mix different types oils.

The answer to this question is simple - the fluid recommended by your car manufacturer. And experimenting here is unacceptable. The fact is that if you constantly use oil that is not suitable in composition for your power steering, then over time there is a high probability of a complete failure of the hydraulic booster.

Therefore, when choosing which liquid to pour into the power steering, the following factors must be considered:

GM ATF Dexron III

  • Manufacturer's recommendations. No need to engage in amateur performances and pour anything into the power steering system.
  • Mixing is permissible only with similar compositions. However, it is undesirable to use such mixtures for a long time. Change the fluid to the one recommended by the manufacturer as soon as possible.
  • The oil must withstand significant temperatures. After all, in the summer they can warm up to + 100 ° C and above.
  • The liquid must be sufficiently fluid. Indeed, otherwise there will be an excessive load on the pump, which will lead to premature exit him out of order.
  • The oil must have a significant resource of use. Usually, replacement is carried out after 70 ... 80 thousand kilometers or every 2-3 years, whichever comes first.

Also, many car owners are interested in questions about whether it is possible to fill in gur transmission oil? Or motor oil? As for the second, it’s worth saying right away - no. But at the expense of the first - then they can be used, but with certain reservations.

The two most common fluids are Dexron and Power Steering Fuel (PSF). And the first is more common. Currently, fluids that meet the Dexron II and Dexron III standards are mainly used. Both compositions were originally developed by General Motors. currently produced by numerous manufacturers under license. Between themselves, they differ in the temperature range of use. The German concern Daimler, which includes the world famous Mercedes-Benz, has developed its own power steering fluid, which has a yellow color. However, there are many companies in the world that produce such formulations under license.

If you did not find the brand of your car in the table, we recommend that you look. You will surely find a lot of interesting things for yourself and choose the fluid that is best suited for the power steering of your car.

Is it possible to mix power steering fluids

What to do if you do not have the brand of fluid that your car's power steering system uses? You can mix similar compositions, provided that they are of the same type ( “synthetics” and “mineral water” should not be interfered in any way). In particular, yellow and red oils are compatible. Their compositions are similar, and they will not harm the GUR. However, it is not recommended to ride on such a mixture for a long time. Replace your power steering fluid with one recommended by your automaker as soon as possible.

And here green oil cannot be added to red or yellow in no case. This is due to the fact that synthetic and mineral oils cannot be mixed with each other.

Liquids can be conditionally divide into three groups, within which it is permissible to mix them with each other. The first such group includes “conditionally mixed” light colored mineral oils(red, yellow). The figure below shows samples of oils that can be mixed with each other if there is an equal sign opposite them. However, as practice shows, mixing oils between which there is no equal sign is also acceptable, although not desirable.

The second group includes dark mineral oils(green), which can only be mixed with each other. Accordingly, they cannot be mixed with liquids from other groups.

The third group also includes synthetic oils which can only be mixed with each other. However, it should be noted that such oils must be used in the power steering system only if this is clearly stated in the manual for your car.

Mixing liquids is most often necessary when adding oil to the system. And this must be done when its level drops, including due to leakage. The following signs will tell you this.

Signs of a Power Steering Fluid Leak

There are a few simple signs of a power steering fluid leak. By their appearance, you can judge that it's time to change or top up it. And this action is connected with a choice. So, signs of a leak include:

  • drop in fluid level expansion tank power steering systems;
  • the appearance of streaks on the steering rack, under rubber seals or on oil seals;
  • the appearance of a knock in the steering rack while driving:
  • to turn the steering wheel, you need to apply more effort;
  • the pump of the power steering system began to make extraneous noises;
  • There is significant play in the steering wheel.

If at least one of the listed signs appears, it is necessary to check the fluid level in the tank. And if necessary, replace or add it. However, before that, it is worth deciding which liquid to use for this.

It is impossible to operate the machine without power steering fluid, since this is not only harmful to it, but also unsafe for you and the people and cars around you.

Results

Thus, the answer to the question of which oil is better to use in the power steering will be information from the automaker of your car. Do not forget that you can mix red and yellow liquids, however, they must be of the same type (synthetic only or mineral water only). Also, add or completely change the oil in the power steering in time. For him, the situation is very harmful when there is not enough fluid in the system. And check the condition of the oil periodically. Don't let it get too black.

How to independently replace the power steering fluid on a VAZ car

If you find oil leaks in the power steering area, then most likely the source of the oil leak is the pipes of the power steering system. Regular hoses, high pressure hoses must be checked and replaced if necessary.

Before proceeding to self replacement fluid in the hydraulic booster (Power Steering) of your VAZ, read the manufacturer's information about the types and brands of fluid used in the car. Most models use Pentosin Hydraulic Fluid CHF 11S VW52137.

I would like to note that the procedure for replacing the fluid in the power steering is not complicated and will take you no more than an hour of time. And so, let's get started.

We hang the front of the car on a jack and substitute an emphasis under the front of the thresholds.

Then, using a syringe with an extension cord in the form of a plastic tube, we pump out the used fluid from the power steering reservoir. After the fluid in the tank runs out, turn the steering wheel all the way to the left. The oil in the reservoir will reappear. We pump it out and turn the steering wheel all the way to the right. We pump out the liquid that has appeared again.

We perform this procedure until the fluid in the power steering tank runs out

Next, remove the hose that comes from the passenger compartment and enters the tank (shown in the figure with a short arrow), and then turn the steering wheel from side to side, a certain amount of oil should come out. After that, we turn the steering wheel several times in different directions until it stops, which will get rid of the remaining oil in the system. And then we put the hose in its place.

Now let's start filling the hydraulic system with new oil. In this case, we take oil for power steering Castrol ATF Dex II Multivehicle.

At the end, we perform pumping and removal of air from the power steering. To do this, turn the steering wheel on a muffled car 10 times in each direction. Then the same with the engine running.

After replacing the fluid in the power steering, you should feel that the steering wheel has become much easier to rotate _________________________________________________________________________________________________________

There is another way to replace the fluid in the power steering. Its essence is to replace the old oil with new. This method is of better quality, since it is possible to completely get rid of the old oil, but at the same time, the new one will need twice as much.

For this procedure, you will need an assistant 1. We pump out the liquid from the power steering reservoir; 2. Remove the return hose from the tank and turn it off, for example, with another hose with a pinched end; 3. We put on another hose on the return line and bring it out under the car into a previously prepared container; 4. Pour liquid into the tank to the maximum level, the assistant starts the engine; 5. As soon as the liquid leaves, the assistant turns off the engine at your signal; 6. Pour the liquid again to the “MAX” mark and repeat the procedure until clean liquid flows into the prepared container;

7. We put the return hose back on and add power steering fluid to the desired level.

And in conclusion, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the procedure for replacing power steering hoses on a VAZ car

The tube from the power steering began to sweat (photo below from the network) is not critical, but it is an eyesore. 167860167861167862 decided to change it, and at the same time power steering fluid

that is filled xs, but filled from the factory. On the Internet they write that only Pentosin CHF 11 should be poured, what did someone pour and how did they change it?

He also sweats - he scored, the level does not seem to fall. Filled with pentosin.

and the level doesn't go down too much. who saw these hoses and oil for sale? what price do they have) or maybe I’ll score too)))

Haven't seen either one for sale. Oil can be ordered either on the Internet, or from BMW dealers - it is mainly used there in power steering.

On the Internet they write that only Pentosin CHF 11 should be poured. Otherwise, what?

the hose is also snotty, and quite a long time already. does not affect the level much. I'm not going to change in the near future, if the leak does not progress, because the hoses are not cheap, it's not annoying in general. for topping up, I bought liquid for GUR mannol in Lada Market, which is on Shekhurdin, after asking what can be added from the engineer under warranty. after filling everything is fine.

Otherwise what? well, as I understand it, they pour pentosin from the factory and you can’t interfere with it just like engine oil, probably this oil is recommended by the power steering manufacturer (on boomers the same power steering and the same oil)

167932 full analogue of SCT MANNOL CHF, more affordable and available.

well, as I understand it, they pour pentosin from the factory and you can’t interfere with it just like engine oil, probably this oil is recommended by the power steering manufacturer (on boomers the same power steering and the same oil) to interfere and fill are different things, aren’t they? and who said that the power steering is the same?

mixing and flooding are two different things, aren't they? and who said that the power steering is the same? Well, actually, I’m not an expert, and these questions are also interesting, for this I created a topic ... ZF power steering on my VAZ, on BMW ... I just know that this oil is recommended by this power steering manufacturer, and it is poured from the factory .

GUR ZF on my VAZ, on BMW ... ZF - on half of all cars in the world. At the VAZ, by the way, only part of the system is ZF. pump, for example.

At the VAZ, by the way, only part of the system is ZF. pump, for example. as far as I understand, it is the ZF hydrach (http://www.tuningsvs.ru/product_1455.html). what they put on many models, I read foreign. The conversation is not about where and what they put, but about what to pour where to get)

if you need CHF, then write in a personal, I have

I looked for hoses, no where. there is where under the order but the price was said not small ...

changed yesterday. I took oil from Maria (http://www.autosaratov.ru/phorum/member.php?7318-Maria). I took a liter of mannol, poured too much for a run. I didn’t have enough for topping up) in general, it didn’t work out neatly, I poured a little protection when removing the hoses from the barrel, the lower return hose.

There is only the top hose. There is no bottom. Can you buy it separately? How much will it cost?

today I looked in the reservoir, the oil is clean, a normal replacement for the original

Fluid change in GUR - logbook Lada 2112 2007 on DRIVE2

My first entry. I haven’t figured out what, how and where yet)) Forgive me generously)) There was Pentosin liquid, it is written that it is poured into Bentley, for my dvin it’s the very thing)) Acquired naturally earlier, more precisely a long time ago. Hands still did not reach to replace. What is filled in has already been worked out (IMHO), since the liquid had a tar light and smelled a little burnt, these are the two factors when it should be replaced. Its service life is long. And now in order. Didn't jack it. Fluid drained quickly when the car was running. Turned the steering wheel around a bit. Respect to the club dvinovodov))

The same connector. Diameter 10mm, they sell for rubles in the shop))

When replacing, I did not disconnect the wiring with hoses from the absorber, everything was in place

This is what was in the tank itself. Drained without a syringe. There was a piece of hose a meter long and a little over 10 mm in diameter. I put one end into the tank, the other let go into an empty, unnecessary canister from under the shop water. Then, covering with his fingers the free space in the filler neck of the tank around the hose, he made a little access between them and ... breathing in there a couple of times from the heart - all the slurry ended up in this bank)))

Then, the rest of the slurry was drained with small pieces of rags, having carefully worked there with a screwdriver))

The same pentosin. I took Zhelezyaka in Plenet, which is located in the capital city last year. Ruble canister. Expensive.

Connection: the lower hose is the return line to the tank. I connected it with a sleeve with a diameter of 10 mm with approximately the same hose, the end of it into an empty container for dumping dirt)))

A piece of hose, about 20 cm long, instead of a plug from the return line, I connected it with a free clamp and simply placed it just above the level of the tank. The new fluid won't spill anywhere.

When flooded and did everything naturally overlaid with rags. After removing the hose, some of the slurry still gets on the iron. Gram 50 was on the floor. But nothing got on the generator drive and on the belt. Everything is dry. Protect yourself))

I washed it well, it took one and a half liters of this miracle liquid. Half a liter is always useful, topping up from smudges. If there are)

Ran right after replacement. The liquid is clean. Nothing buzzes, itches, does not make noise

Hydraulic power steering (GUR).

There is an opinion that for many years of owning various kinds of cars, including imported ones, car owners have been able to carry out many scheduled fluid changes on their own, without resorting to the services of service station specialists.

That's how it is, by and large, and it's no secret that on the Internet today you can find a lot of useful and comprehensive information. However, one invariable BUT remains - the lack of experience and qualifications of the car owner. And there is often so much information that finding the right solution sometimes becomes an unrealistic and impossible task.

How often is the fluid in the power steering replaced by the car owners themselves in their garage? Yes, in fact, it’s banal - a power steering fluid is bought, the return hose is disconnected from the power steering reservoir, the front wheels are hung on a jack (in order to reduce the load on the steering wheel during rotation), and the “happy car owner” starts turning the steering wheel left and right, trying to squeeze out the remaining liquid. Eventually the fluid stops flowing out of the hose. Hurray, all the liquid is drained. The return bar returns to its rightful place, fresh liquid is poured into the tank. Turned the steering wheel, added a little more fluid. EVERYTHING, the replacement was completed successfully, everything is clean and fine in the system. Yes, and in case of an emergency, there was more than half a liter in a glass bottle. No matter how..........

I specifically wrote the phrase "Happy car owner" in quotation marks. For there is no happiness in such a replacement. Few people know that about 1 liter of liquid is poured into the power steering. And with the replacement method described above, the old, and often very dirty liquid will not come out completely, but only partially. Most of it will remain in the system and simply mix with the new one. As a result, after a very short period of time, the car owner will be able to notice that the liquid has darkened very quickly and again acquired a dirty hue. And dirt and becomes primarily the cause of malfunction and breakdown, and in the future, very expensive repairs.

Another no less common way to do the same procedure that I described above, but with the engine running. Allegedly, a working power steering pump will squeeze out the dirty liquid completely. It remains only to fill in fresh and enjoy the comfort. Another delusion. As soon as you start the engine, the power steering pump will spit out liquid in a split second, leaving the entire power steering system without lubrication and full of air. You simply do not have time to add liquid to the tank. And airing the power steering system, as a rule, leads to a very quick breakdown. WORK OF GUR WITH THE LACK OF LIQUID IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!! IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CHANGE THE LIQUID IN THIS WAY!!!

Why else does the system for replacing fluids by the method of draining / filling not give the proper result? DIRT! During operation, dust enters various systems of the car in one way or another. Various deposits are formed that roam the system. The fluid replacement described above does not give any guarantee that these deposits will be removed from the system along with draining the old fluid.

I perfectly understand car owners, because I myself am one, that such fluid replacements are, first of all, SAVING money. Because, whatever one may say, but the car requires certain financial costs. Believe me, this is an imaginary feeling of savings and only at first glance. Because the saved funds often lead to even greater costs - in case of failure of components and assemblies, in case of their breakdown. Don't skimp on your car. This will help you avoid later many unpleasant moments and considerable repair costs.

What oil to add to the power steering, vaz 2111 | Topic author: Vladislav

Nikolay   you have ZF written on the lid, then they pour

Raisa   I don’t know how 2111, but in Lanos I poured oil for the gearbox Castrol Veronica and Narmonek. I think it’s the same here. but the manual should say

Diana   A fluid of the type Pentosin CHF11S, in the amount of 1.6-1.7 liters, is poured into the power steering system of the VAZ 2110 - 2111. During operation, topping up to the maximum level is carried out according to the dipstick on the tank lid.

Ivan  Look at the color of the liquid you have filled in. There may be two options. Either red, then Dexron, Gregory, or green, then Pentosin Pavel or an analogue.
