Saving money on gasoline without risk: what is the difference between bonus programs at gas stations? Testing the quality of gasoline at Moscow gas stations At which gas stations is it better to refuel.

How attentive are you to the quality of fueled gasoline? And what are the main criteria you use in choosing a gas station? Today, the article will consider the rating of the TOP 10 best gas stations in the country where you can fill up the tank without fear for the quality of the fuel.

How does the quality of gasoline differ at different gas stations?

First you need to understand what constitutes a quality and low-quality gasoline.

Of course, you cannot determine high-quality gasoline by eye, since a special laboratory is engaged in this, which determines the main characteristics of the fuel:

  1. Fractional composition.
  2. Octane number.
  3. The amount of impurities.

Although experienced drivers can tell you about the quality of gasoline by listening to their car (according to drivers, the main indicators will be the sound and thrust of the engine, as well as the smell of exhaust gas). If you are not used to such methods for determining the quality of gasoline, an employee of the Express-News Agency suggests using the following methods:

  1. Look at the color, it should be a light golden hue (according to experts, the color of the 92nd gasoline is orange-red, and the 95th is yellow-green).
  2. Check gasoline for fat content: if you drop a little on the skin or paper and at the same time leave a greasy trace, then diesel fuel has been added. High-quality gasoline on a sheet of paper will evaporate, and the skin will dry.
  3. If there is a large amount of impurities in gasoline, then a strong smell of sulfur will be felt.

And what affects the low quality of gasoline?

  • This may be a failure to comply with the basic rules for the storage and transportation of fuel.
  • Dirty fuel. It is not uncommon for engine failures to be associated with this particular item.
  • Inconsistency of gasoline labeling with real quality.
  • Low quality fuel additives. Although it will be sold at the same price as normal gasoline, it will do much more harm.

Rating of gas stations by quality of gasoline in 2018

And now let's go directly to the ranking of the top 10 gas stations, which are selected based on the results of surveys and ongoing laboratory experiments.

The quality of gasoline complies with Euro-5 standards, and this is not the first time the company has received the "Environmental Label" award. There is an additional plus for gas station customers: quite affordable prices and more than a wide choice of fuel. Whatever fuel is used for your car, most likely you will find it at this gas station.

2. Gazpromneft

One of the largest networks of gas stations in Russia. The fuel at the gas station complies with the Euro-4 standard, justifies the name and the presence of gas refueling at the stations. The indicated octane values are written without additional increases. In addition, gas stations have reasonable prices, competent staff, and there is an additional bonus in the form of coffee and driver's rest areas.

According to many drivers, Shell gas stations are only slightly inferior to Gazpromneft gas stations. This company is a major global fuel producer. Its gas stations are well known not only to Russians, but also to residents of different countries of the world.

Across the globe, Shell deservedly wins the hearts of its consumers. One of the main directions in the company is work on the environmental friendliness of the produced fuel. Although for Russian drivers this criterion is still not the main one.

4. Rosneft

This company is on Russian market boasts not only the quality of gasoline, but also a license to sell British Petroleum fuel. By the way, BP is the world's largest concern for the production and processing of oil.

This fuel consistently meets all major norms and standards in Europe. As far as Rosneft's own production is concerned, maintaining its current status as one of the most important state-owned oil refining companies adds to Rosneft certain obligations to maintain the high quality of gasoline at its filling stations.

This company can be recognized as one of the leading companies in terms of the number of gas stations in Russia. TNK traditionally tries to maintain a guaranteed high quality of fuel, thanks to which it got into the rating of the best filling stations in Russia. The fuel produced by the company complies with the Euro-5 standard, prices and quality are in the best ratio.

TNK gasoline contains additional additives that allow the engine to consume fuel economically. Gas stations of this company can be found not only in Russia, but also in the CIS.

Most opinions say that the fuel here is of more than satisfactory quality. Although the company itself is not engaged in the supply of fuel at the federal level, but has focused on Moscow and the Moscow region. In addition to high-quality gasoline, customers also note highly qualified personnel and well-equipped rest areas for the driver.

7. Sibneft

These gas stations differ from the rest mainly in that they have made the maximum emphasis on the profile side of their stations. The company itself uses very powerful equipment, thanks to which it is possible to obtain raw materials at a greater depth than that of its main competitors.

There are no associated services that are so often developed at the expense of gas stations. Rather, on the contrary, here you can find an exclusive line of products that was created back in 2013, and since then has been the conqueror of many drivers. The choice of fuel here, as a rule, is wide, and the prices are quite democratic.

8. Phaeton Aero

At Phaeton gas stations, fuel is supplied by several plants at once. Basically, these are the Kirishi and Yaroslavl refineries. This network of gas stations is one of the oldest in the country, and is most often found in the northern capital of Russia, as well as its region.

In addition to a wide range of gasoline, these gas stations also provide additional services: 24-hour supermarkets, cafes and pharmacies, as well as a car wash and tire service at most stations. However, despite the company's constant assurances of maintaining high quality, there are several reviews of the unfortunate experience of refueling when cars simply stalled.

9. Tatneft

The main fuel supplier for Tatneft's gas station network is the Moscow Oil Refinery. And this should already guarantee the quality of the fuel. However, it is noteworthy that the reviews about this gas station are either very good or very bad. There is no golden mean yet.

Admittedly, the company does not hide the addition of certain additives to the fuel. That's just what these additives are, and how they affect the car, is no longer specified. But the prices here can be found below average, plus a good additional service: competent staff, the presence of shops and cafeterias.

MTK is the first and so far the only filling station network controlled by the Moscow Government. That is why these gas stations are subject to the most stringent control over the quality of gasoline and diesel. The fuel here complies with the Euro-4 standard, and is kept environmentally friendly. These gas stations will please drivers quite low prices, compared with other competitors in Moscow and the Moscow region.

And yet, despite the quality and advantage of fuels labeled 95 and 98, it is worthwhile to understand that the engine was originally created for a specific fuel.

Therefore, if the manual recommends the 92nd brand of gasoline, there is absolutely no need to overpay for the 95th or 98th. Although separately, of course, they will show best performance. But this will not mean that gasoline with the number 92 is of poor quality. But in cases where the range from 95 to 98 is indicated in the recommendation regarding fuel, it is really worth choosing the latest brand of gasoline.

Every driver knows how important it is to use high-quality gasoline for your car. By refueling the car with bad fuel, you significantly impair its performance and risk reducing its life. In order not to get into an unpleasant situation and know where fuel and lubricants are best, we bring to your attention the rating of gas stations by the quality of gasoline and diesel fuel in 2018-2019.

No. 10 - Phaeton Aero

Phaeton Aero gas stations are supplied with fuel by several popular factories at once. First of all, it is Kirishsky, in the second - Yaroslavl. The network is one of the oldest and most famous in Russia, but it is rarely used as an answer to the question “which gas station has the best quality gasoline”.

It captivates residents of St. Petersburg and surrounding regions with a rich variety of additional services, ranging from convenience stores to car washes.

No. 9 - MTK

MTK is the only gas station network in Russia that is fully controlled by the Moscow government. Due to this, we can assume that the stations of this particular company are subjected to the most stringent and thorough checks. MTK products comply with the Euro-4 standard. If we compare the company's stations with others good gas stations, which is on the territory of Moscow and the Moscow region, then the prices here are the cheapest. Therefore, economical drivers, it is best to refuel here.

No. 8 - Tatneft

Oil for the gas station network from the Tatar region is supplied by the Moscow Oil Refinery, so there is no need to doubt the quality of the fuel. However, despite this, drivers speak of Tatneft either too positively, or smash it to smithereens, something in between is not given.

It is worth recognizing that the company's leaders do not hide the fact that certain additives exist in their products, but there are no comments on how they affect the car. Tatneft is trying to win over the consumer by lowering fuel prices, and in this matter it really outperforms most of its competitors. This is complemented by friendly staff and equipped places to relax.

No. 7 - Track

Petrol stations of the Trassa company are familiar only to residents of Moscow and the Moscow region. Perhaps in the future they will appear on the territory of the rest of the country, but the company has not yet announced such plans. As for the quality of fuel, drivers note that in this regard, the products more than satisfy their needs. The staff of the company's filling stations, as well as places of rest for drivers, who are well equipped, also bothered to respond positively.

No. 6 - TNK

In terms of the number of filling stations operating, TNK is one of the leaders in Russia. However, in terms of fuel quality, the company is inferior to Lukoil and other competitors. Despite this, the products comply with Euro-5 standards, and the price and quality of fuel are in the right balance.

Many drivers claim that TNK gasoline contains additional additives that have a positive effect on engine performance and make it more economical. It should be noted that the company's gas stations are present not only in Russia, but also in the CIS countries.

No. 5 - Sibneft

The main difference between the fifth line of our top filling stations with high-quality gasoline and the rest is that Sibneft has relied on the profile side of its stations. The company itself uses extremely powerful equipment, which allows it to extract raw materials at a greater depth than its competitors.

Sibneft does not have associated services that often arise due to the development of filling stations. The situation is absolutely opposite - the exclusive line of goods is one of the oldest in the country and has conquered more than one generation of drivers. The choice of fuel at the company's gas stations is wide, and the prices are quite reasonable.

No. 4 - Rosneft

Rosneft is one of the few companies that has a license to sell British Petroleum fuel, its creator is the main concern for the extraction and processing of oil throughout the globe. This advantage is complemented by high-quality gasoline.

The fuel provided by Rosneft meets all generally accepted norms and standards, both in our country and in Europe. Own oil production adds to the company a corresponding obligation to maintain the quality of the offered material. With this task, she has been coping with a bang for many years.

No. 3 - Gazpromneft

The third place in our top gas stations with high-quality gasoline goes to Gazprom Neft. The fuel at its stations complies with the Euro-4 world standard. The name of the company is fully justified by the presence of gas stations. The octane numbers indicated at the stations are true and not exaggerated at all. All this is complemented by reasonable prices, competent staff and the availability of corners for the driver to rest.

No. 2 - Shell

Shell gas stations have been inferior to Gazpromneft for many years, but according to many drivers, the situation has changed recently. This company is one of the largest fuel producers. Its gas stations are well known not only to the residents of Russia, but also to visiting guests from Europe, who prefer it.

Across the globe, Shell deservedly wins the hearts of its consumers. One of the main directions in the company is work on the environmental friendliness of the produced fuel. Although for Russian drivers this criterion is still not the main one.

No. 1 - Lukoil

The first place in our ranking of gas stations in terms of gasoline quality is occupied by Lukoil. It is this company that is the recognized leader in Russia in oil refining. This is not at all accidental - the quality of gasoline that it provides meets the Euro-5 standard.

Lukoil has won several prestigious Environmental Sign awards. Gas station customers are familiar with additional bonuses in the face of affordable prices and a wide choice of fuels. Regardless of what fuel your car uses, you are guaranteed to find it at one of the Lukoil gas stations.

An experienced driver is always attentive to what he “feeds” his car. After all, the quality of fuel can have a variety of effects: and it is not a fact that the consequences will please the car owner. In addition, the poor quality of gasoline leads to the fact that the engine deteriorates and breaks down. Problems can be very different: problems with, spark plugs deteriorate, breakdown of equipment responsible for fuel circulation, as well as engine breakdown as a whole. The low quality of diesel fuel also leads to the same problem.

What determines the quality of fuel

Checking the quality of the fuel means the use of a considerable number of coefficients. These include the following indicators: octane number, fractional composition indicators, the proportion of harmful impurities contained in gasoline - alkalis, acids, organic compounds, and so on. Too many drivers believe that a company promoted in advertising, such as Shell or Rosneft, guarantees high quality fuel at gas stations. Fuel quality control at gas stations can be seen in the use of special certificates that are available at every gas station. However, it is not uncommon for data in certificates to be very unreliable.

In general, everyone is well aware that due to the difference in the fractional indicators of the composition of the fuel, the requirements for gasoline 80 and 95 will be completely different. This is also worth paying attention to.

The quality rating of gasoline is known to many - the 76th is the least popular, the 95th is the most popular. However, unscrupulous gas station workers can work real miracles to turn unsightly fuel into candy. Special additives allow you to make the 76th any other. And our cars use this dubious mixture at work. Only additives that are added to raw materials for the production of gasoline can cause more harm to a car. However, there may be a situation that is not related to the good faith of fuel sellers. During long-term storage, gasoline decreases in octane number. At the same time, the amount of resins contained in it is growing - this is due to a corresponding increase in hydrocarbons in the fuel.

How to choose quality gasoline

To a gas station, there are a considerable number of ways. First of all, this is the "expert opinion" of your friends and acquaintances. whose knowledge you trust. The most high-quality and proven brands in Russia are: Lukoil, TNT, Shell and Rosneft. However, when traveling to other regions and regions of the country, this method of choice makes it difficult, since high-quality fuel is not always poured at gas stations of a popular brand. The solution here is simple: analyze the popularity of this gas station among the local population. If drivers with “locals” line up at a certain gas station, then you can trust the quality of fuel.

It is also worth paying attention to the authenticity of how the gas station is “served”.. The easiest way is to look at the station's fuel price list. It should not contain the additions "luxury", "premium" and the like. The brand name should also be clearly visible. This will indicate that the gas station is not trying to pass itself off as a quality and trusted brand.

It is worth noting that Shell and TNK unofficially use gasoline that is not of the best type stored at oil depots. It is easy for the owners of such vaults to deceive popular companies. Therefore, there is a chance to pour diluted fuel into your car at TNK and Shell gas stations.

It is important to be attentive to the passport of gasoline. It is located in the same place as the consumer corner. All types of fuel that have certain improvements have their own separate passport. It also indicates whether it was made in accordance with TU or GOST, the degree of its environmental safety, the oil refinery where the fuel was manufactured. The date of the passport should not exceed ten days, since after that the characteristics of the fuel are reduced. Buying fuel at gas stations where you do not see your passport is a very risky and undesirable activity. After all, having violated this mandatory legislative obligation, the seller will also easily deceive you.

However, the main thing to remember here is that the miser pays twice. Therefore, it is worth beingware of gas stations with low prices. Give preference to gasoline made in accordance with GOST, and not TU - the control over the degree of quality in the first is much stricter, which will obviously “benefit” you.

There are also secrets of "place and time". For example, a greater number of low-quality and falsified products are sold in the region, and not within large cities. It has also long been noted that fuel purchased on weekdays is of higher quality than that purchased on weekends. The same can be said about fuel purchased in holidays- its quality often leaves much to be desired.

Quality checking

You can check the quality of the fuel by its appearance . Checking the quality of fuel for color almost always gives the right results: low-quality options have poisonous shades. High-quality fuel has a rich red-brown hue. This indicates a sufficient content of ethyl particles in its composition. You can also check it by touch. To do this, just drop it on your hand. If it dries out the skin of the hands, this may indicate that you have chosen the right dressing. If greasy traces remain, diesel fuel has been added to the fuel, and it is debatable to talk about its quality. Experienced car owners also say that the obvious bad smell gasoline should alert the car owner. Very often it accompanies a low quality product.

Of course not always it is possible to determine the quality of gasoline in the "field conditions". You can do this at home, for the purpose of prevention, so to speak. To do this, pour fuel into a glass beaker. The formation of soot deposits at the bottom of the tank indicates the dishonesty of the fuel seller. Aromatic carbon or benzene is added to such fuel. You can also check gasoline using a sheet of paper, simply by dropping gasoline on it. After evaporation, there should be no greasy and dirty marks on the surface of the sheet. In addition, no one bothers you to check the fuel in special laboratories of petroleum products.

There is another interesting way to check the quality of fuel manually - by dropping it on the glass. With a spot diameter of 5 mm, the concentration of resins in the fuel will be about 9–10 mg per 100 ml of gasoline, in 30 mm - 19–21 mg per 100 ml of gasoline. High-quality fuel has the following concentration of resins: 7–15 mg per 100 ml, depending on the brand of gasoline. If you use fuel in which the concentration of resins exceeds the norm twice, the engine life will decrease by twenty percent.

If, when potassium permanganate is added to the fuel, a red color is formed - it has an excessive water content. This suggests that with prolonged use of such gasoline, yours will suffer, and you will also need to clean the fuel equipment.

Of course, there are also household gasoline meters. However, the reliability of the data of their analysis is very controversial and it is not worth determining the quality of gasoline by them.. After all, gasoline can contain the right amount of octane particles in the presence of special additives. However, if you need to distinguish between gasoline and diesel fuel, they work great.

When you identify such fuel problems, the best thing to do is to send your car in for diagnostics as soon as possible. and subsequent repairs, due to low-quality fuel, it is necessary to conduct a laboratory analysis of the fuel. In the event that the result reveals a violation of the rules, you will be able to claim reimbursement of the costs of repair work from consumer protection services.

The best brands of Russia

The first place was shared by Gazpromneft and Kirishsky gasoline, since its tests have never given a bad result. With Gazprom Neft, everything is, in principle, clear: 2 large plants, one of which is located in Moscow, and the second in Yaroslavl, guarantee the quality of their products. In addition, according to the results of the test, their fuel is no worse than European.

Third place - TNK. The fourth is Rosneft. Fifth - Shell. Sixth - TNK-BP.

The seventh place was taken by the Neste company. At their gas stations, all fuel is domestic, with the exception of the 98th. The rule of place and time applies to them first of all, since quite often one can meet negative feedback about the quality of gasoline at a particular gas station of this brand. They also say that on Friday night, the gas at their gas stations is also not of the best quality.

The eighth place was taken by the small company Statoil. Ninth - PTK. A large company that has proven itself quite well, but for some reason does not like consumers. Apparently there are reasons for this.

Tatneft and Bashneft are medium quality companies and therefore share the last place in the top ten. Although it is worth noting that Tatneft still does not have its own base, unlike the Bashkir brand.

Report on the quality of gasoline at various gas stations:

Thus, acquiring high-quality fuel is a simple matter, it is only important to be attentive to the little things, and then you will save yourself from unnecessary costs and unpleasant emotions about your car.

It is not without reason that such a proverb is reputed that Moscow is under the mountain in all of Russia: everything is rolling into it. Ivan Turgenev

Moscow takes all the best. Any non-Muscovite will tell you this. And even today, when the same china-taiwan-hong kong reigns on all the counters of the country, the moon in the capital is still more attractive for many ... Is gasoline, of course, better?

This is what we will check by comparing Moscow fuel and, let's say, regional fuel. The focus is on the most popular, 95th gasolines. Knowingly dubious gas stations, which are full in Moscow, we will ignore - let's take eminent, network gas stations. Every time we fill one canister in Moscow, and the second one somewhere far away, several hundred kilometers from the capital. In total, we have eight fuel samples of four types in our hands. Let's see how a solid brand is dependent on registration.

PERFECT COUPLES

The samples were tested according to the main physical and chemical parameters (PCP), which are standardized by the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union No. 013–2011 “On the requirements for motor and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, jet fuel and fuel oil” (CU TR). And since the document does not regulate all the parameters that are significant for the engine, we added a few more checks from ourselves. Details are in our help. Recall, in particular, that for A95 gasolines, the octane number determined by the research method must be at least 95 units, and by the engine - at least 85 units. Nobody canceled the old GOSTs - we are guided by them.

Should all gasolines have the same characteristics, if not with each other, then at least in pairs (capital-regional)? It would be nice, of course, but it's unrealistic. There are measurement errors, and differences in shelf life - in general, we do not expect a perfect match. Although we hope.

GASOLINE FOR FIFTH CLASS

Judging by the results, all gasolines fully comply with the requirements of the Technical Regulations. Excellent! But there are interesting nuances. The most fun is the situation with BP gasolines. Both are of excellent quality, and the manufacturers did not stint on “octane”: the fuel is closer to the 98th than to the 95th. But at the same time, the two samples are completely different in fractional composition! Consequently, the "barrels" with base gasolines of different "beeps" are not registered at all at the same address. Although both are honest "class 5". Shell is in a similar situation. Both fuels comply with the requirements of TR TS, and in terms of octane they are again closer to 98. However, in Moscow they sell class 4 gasoline with a small margin of benzene content, but in the Zubtsovsky district of the Tver region - “class 5”. Well, who said that everything is best in Moscow?

LUKOIL AND IN AFRICA LUKOIL

LUKOIL and Rosneft are clear leaders in fuel quality stability! The difference in the main parameters of samples taken from different gas stations lies within the measurement error, while everything goes according to Technical regulations with a very good margin.

I am glad that there are no olefinic hydrocarbons in Rosneft gasolines: this means that during long-term storage, the properties of the fuel will be stable. And sulfur in it is record-breakingly small - noticeably less than in all the others. It is clear that the gasoline of both LUKOIL and Rosneft is an obvious and proven “class 5”.

Brands of gasoline are indicated according to cash receipts, the location is in random order.

Did the sensation happen? In this case, we are very happy about it. The conclusion is this: it is absolutely not necessary to pull to the capital in the hope of buying better fuel there. It is the same everywhere. Equally good. With which we congratulate you.

OOO LUKOIL-Tsentrnefteprodukt, filling station No. 524

Moscow, Hospital embankment, 2/1

35 rub. 02 kop.

OOO LUKOIL-Tsentrnefteprodukt, filling station No. 469

Tver region, village Zakharovo, 223rd km M9

ECTO Plus (95), class 5 according to TR 34 rub. 62 kopecks.

Moscow gasoline cost 40 kopecks more than village gasoline, which at the same time turned out to be even slightly better than capital gasoline: the octane number is higher, and the sulfur content is three times lower! Both are class 5.

OJSC RN-Moscow, AZK-59

Moscow, Nastavnichesky lane, 17

AI-95, class not lower than 4: 34 rub. 40 kopecks.

CJSC RN-Tver, MAZK 21

sh. Moscow - Riga, 318th km

AI-95-5: 3 3 rub. 15 kopecks

Two excellent gasolines that easily met the requirements of class 5. Note that the check from the banks of the Yauza modestly promised a class no worse than the fourth, and the price was 1 ruble. 25 kop. higher than between Moscow and the Pushkin mountains.

"VR Maryina Roshcha"

Moscow, st. Sheremetyevskaya, 62

95 ULT class 5: 35 rub. 59 kop.

MAZK-021 "VR Piskarevsky", LLC "RN Northern Capital"

St. Petersburg, Piskarevsky pr., 27, bldg. one

AI95 Ultimate, class 5: 35 rub. 09 kop.

St. Petersburg BP is fifty dollars cheaper than Moscow. At the same time, the octane number of gasoline from the banks of the Neva is slightly higher than in the capital. And the differences in the fractional composition indicate that the fuels were produced using different technologies. Which, however, did not prevent both from meeting the requirements of class 5.

*Overview of the best in the opinion of the editors of the site. About selection criteria. This material is subjective, is not an advertisement and does not serve as a guide to the purchase. Before buying, you need to consult with a specialist.

Every car owner knows how much the quality of gasoline affects driving performance cars. The octane number is slightly less than the nominal - and that's it, the engine cannot raise the speed to a normal level. In addition, low-quality gasoline can adversely affect the condition of the car - and if you regularly refuel with unsuitable fuel, the engine will fail very soon.

For car owners who want to refuel only with fuel that meets all standards, we have prepared a rating of the top 10 gas stations in terms of gasoline quality.

Rating of the best gas stations by the quality of gasoline

Nomination place gas station rating
Rating of the best gas stations by the quality of gasoline 10 4.1
9 4.2
8 4.3
7 4.4
6 4.5
5 4.6
4 4.7
3 4.8
2 4.9
1 5.0

10th place: Bashneft

The Bashkir network of gas stations "Bashneft" is characterized by an acceptable quality of gasoline. Gas stations of this company operate throughout Russia. Basically, at Bashneft gas stations they pour gasoline of their own production and processing, which is exported from the Ufa oil refinery.

The quality of gasoline is uniform and equally acceptable throughout the country, except for individual gas stations in the Ulyanovsk region. However, it is still not recommended to refuel vehicles that are sensitive to the octane number of fuel at Bashneft. But for engines that are resistant to the effects of not always high-quality gasoline, the one presented at these gas stations is suitable.

It should be noted that Bashneft gas stations regularly receive negative reviews for the quality of service and infrastructure. So if you want to take a break after a long road rather than refuel, then you should choose some kind of gas station.

9th place: Lukoil

Lukoil also has its own gasoline supplier. It is obtained at the Nizhny Novgorod oil refinery. This production center has recently been upgraded and is now equipped with new deep distillation units that are capable of producing fuel that meets Euro-5 standards.

However, the quality of gasoline at Lukoil gas stations is constantly changing. There are batches that are characterized by a high degree of purity and correspond to their octane number, thanks to which the car drives smoothly and confidently. And there are - poor quality, leading to jerks and other problems with transport management.

At the Lukoil gas station, in addition to standard fuel, you can buy gasoline of the Ekto Plus brand. Of course, it is a little more expensive, but worth it. The quality of this gasoline is usually at a high level. Also, special additives are added to it, which extend the life of the engine and ensure environmental friendliness.

8th place: Tatneft

The Tatneft gas station network purchases gasoline from a Moscow refinery. And this is an important plus for residents of the capital and adjacent territories. They are provided with quality fuel at affordable prices.

But the inhabitants of the regions are not so lucky. At the Tatneft gas station, they may encounter low-quality fuel, which is literally stale. So, it is the regional drivers who say that after refueling at Tatneft, there is a prolonged acceleration and uneven movement of the car. The capital also note the high quality of gasoline.

Similarly, the residents of the capital were lucky with the service, as well as additional services. Gas stations located inside the Moscow region, as well as along the most loaded highways, have a good infrastructure. Here you can pump up the wheels, drink coffee, and just relax. There are no additional services at gas stations outside the most trafficked roads.

7th place: BP (British Petroleum)

The British company British Petroleum - or BP for short - cooperates with Rosneft on the Russian market. Both of these gas station networks receive gasoline from two oil refineries - Ryazan and Yaroslavl. And, apparently, this explains the uneven quality of fuel at BP stations.

BP's Russian filling stations offer Ultimate quality fuel - highly refined, with a nominal octane rating and special additives that reduce engine wear and increase overall environmental friendliness. And in most cases it is. But sometimes, according to drivers, the quality of fuel is noticeably reduced - apparently, when changing supplier-refinery.

But gas stations BP offers a full range of additional services. Even small regional venues have a mini-market, friendly employees, you can pump up the wheels - and in some cases even vacuum the interior.

6th place: "Neftmagistral"

Filling stations of the Neftmagistral network could become one of the best in terms of fuel quality - they always have a uniform and above average fuel quality. In addition, they have an understandable bonus program, thanks to which, once in a certain period, you can significantly save money or even fill up your car for free.

However, everything is blocked by one important “but”. According to reports from drivers, at the filling stations of the Neftemagistral network, such a problem as underfilling of fuel is regularly encountered.

However, according to some car owners, some especially old gas stations use metal containers to store gasoline. Because of this, the quality of the fuel is reduced. New containers made of composite materials have been installed only at some stations.

Due to underfilling of fuel and not always of uniform quality, the network of filling stations "Neftemagistral" goes only to the 6th place in our rating.

5th place: EKA

The EKA filling station network is a practically independent and rather young transport company. Therefore, its employees try to monitor the quality of gasoline. True, fuel is bought at factories that belong to competing companies - Gazprom Neft and Rosneft. In addition, EKA gas stations are extremely difficult - yes, in fact, almost impossible - to meet outside the Moscow Ring Road.

EKA filling stations are characterized by high quality gasoline. More precisely - consistently high, that is, moving from one site to another there is no risk of "running into" fuel with a low octane rating or poor cleaning. In addition, "ESA" is characterized by adequate pricing policy.

On the other hand, the pricing policy is by no means uniform. At some EKA gas stations, gasoline may be unreasonably expensive. Therefore, it is best to constantly fill the tank at the stations of this network and participate in the loyalty program - and then you can save money or get fuel at "normal" prices.

4th place: "Track"

The network of gas stations "Trassa", as the name implies, is based on the largest transport routes in our country. And it is clear that on long trips - for example, on the M4 - the quality of the fuel is crucial. No one wants the car to stop picking up acceleration or start to jerk in the stream in sections at a speed of 90-120 kilometers per hour.

Therefore, at the Trassa gas station, the quality of gasoline is consistently high. The company purchases fuel at a Moscow oil refinery owned by Gazpromneft.

But with the pricing policy of "Trassa" they miscalculated a little. In the Moscow region, where most of the filling stations of this network are located, there are also less expensive sites. So, on average, fuel at Trassa gas stations costs 10-30 kopecks more than competitors. When refueling a full tank, the overpayment can be very significant.

3rd place: Rosneft

Rosneft filling station network is one of the largest transport companies in the country. She owns several oil refineries at once, as well as a huge number of gas stations. Fuel is brought to them from the Ryazan, Yaroslavl and Saratov refineries.

That is why the quality of gasoline on them is high - but at the same time unstable. That is, on one gas station fuel it can be excellent, on the other - a little worse, on the third - a little better, and so on. And it is precisely because of this small number of "bad" stations (about 1 out of 10) that this network takes an honorable third place in our rating.

The pricing policy at Rosneft filling stations is adequate. In addition, it has a loyalty program, that is, with a regular purchase of fuel, you can get additional discounts here. Most gas stations have additional services - from mini-cafes to pumping wheels. A nice bonus is the cleanliness - even in the toilets.

2nd place: Shell

You should go to Shell gas stations for premium gasoline. Of course, it is somewhat more expensive than usual, but the price justifies itself. Premium fuel has a stable octane number, a high degree of purification, and is also supplemented with special additives that reduce fuel consumption and vehicle wear. Thus, Shell is the choice of motorists who take care of their "iron horse" and are ready to spend money on it.

But conventional fuel at Shell is of "above average" quality. And this is absolutely not justified by the relatively high cost - a liter of classic AI-92 or AI-95 at these stations can cost 10-40 kopecks more than competitors.

However, if you regularly refuel and have a special bonus card (including an electronic one), you can save money. Even on premium fuel.

1st place: Gazpromneft

Gazpromneft offers not only consistently high quality fuel with an honest octane rating and no underfilling, but also many additional services. So, at these gas stations there is always a small minimarket, the ability to pump up the wheels, vacuum the interior or even wash the headlights. Therefore, many motorists choose this particular network.

G-Drive branded fuel is recommended for purchase. This is a completely traditional AI-95, which has only undergone additional cleaning. Also, special additives are added to it, which positively affect the driving characteristics and reliability of the car.

However, other types of gasoline at Gazprom Neft are also good. And it is precisely in this that an important drawback lies, with which you will have to come to terms.

Gas stations of Gazpromneft are very popular among motorists due to the combination of price and quality. And therefore, there are often queues at the stations, a relatively long service and not always clean. Employees simply do not have time to cope with all the visitors.

The price of fuel is adequate. And thanks to bonus programs, you can save even more.
