Before installing wheel covers make sure their size matches the disk size(Figure 1) Information about the size of the disk can be obtained from the designations available on the tire.

An excessively large diameter becomes one of the reasons for the clip to break due to the inability to insert it into the disc.

The trick is, What if the upper latches are not directed with your fingers inside the disk, and the spacer ring is in a tense state and tries to push them out, then you risk breaking one of the mounting clips. Clip-on clips are much easier to break in the cold, so in the winter, we recommend installing them in a warm garage. If "warm installation" is not an option, simply warm the hoods to room temperature before installation.
