Sergey was born on July 19, 1963 in the city of Kultuk, Irkutsk region. After the death of his father, his family moved to Ust-Kamenogorsk, located in the territory of modern Kazakhstan.
After graduating from school, Zverev studied at the school, where he learned the basics of the profession of a makeup artist and hairdresser. After that, he completed military service in the army.
