Preparation:

2. Add milk, first 5 tablespoons, beat, and gradually add more to achieve the desired cream consistency. Beat the finished mixture for 5 - 7 minutes.

3. For the muffins, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, salt and vanilla sugar. Sift through a sieve, preferably twice.

4. Pour in vinegar and stir with a fork. Then butter, and mix again with a fork. No need to beat!

5. Pour in water and continue whisking with a fork until smooth. Do not beat!

6. Place the dough in molds and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

7. Now let's start decorating. Grease the cake with cream and place the berry in the center so that it stands stable.

8. Place the cream in a pastry bag fitted with the smallest star tip.

Tangerine salad with cheese and persimmon

This fruit salad with cheese will appeal to gourmets who are tired of the monotonous and traditional set of dishes on the New Year's table. The highlight of this dish, which makes it a great addition to a holiday dinner, is the red onion.

To prepare you will need:

  • 1 large ripe persimmon;
  • 2 juicy tangerines;
  • 1 red onion;
  • soft or hard cheese (65 g);
  • a small bunch of lettuce leaves;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste.

We cut the washed and peeled persimmons (peel them in a thin layer, remove the seeds and stems) into small cubes and put them in a deep salad bowl. You can make a very healthy and undeservedly forgotten classic vinaigrette from vegetables. Maybe it’s not so exotic, but it’s tasty and inexpensive.

Everyone probably knows how to cook it. But just in case, let me remind you. You can boil the vegetables in advance. Cut carrots, beets and potatoes into cubes, mix with pickles, sauerkraut, onions, green peas, season with vegetable oil, sprinkle with dill and mix everything.

Hot meals and snacks

On the New Year's table in 2019, a worthy place will be taken by dishes prepared from rabbit meat, beef, lamb, poultry, delicious fish dishes from pike perch, perch, trout, salmon, salmon or exotic seafood, seasoned with delicious sauces of cheese, sour cream and herbs.

Eggplants (you need to take about six medium eggplants) are cut lengthwise, the core is removed (but not completely), rubbed with salt outside and inside, fried in sunflower oil on both sides, constantly turning.

For the filling, cut tomatoes (4 pieces): two into cubes and two into slices, one onion, a little hot pepper. Onions and peppers are fried in olive oil. Then minced meat is added there.   • Pour melted butter and chocolate into the prepared mixture and mix everything quickly.

The muffins turn out more tender the less flour they contain, so even if it seems like this ingredient is missing, you shouldn’t add more than in the recipe. Chocolate acts as a thickener in this recipe.

  • Fill silicone or paper molds with the prepared dough and dip pieces of white chocolate into the dough (the total mass will require from 50 to 100 g).
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
  • Remove the dessert from the oven and serve warm (you can sprinkle with powdered sugar).


A simple recipe for delicious jelly

To prepare this delicious delicacy, we use any berry compotes, fruit juices and gelatin (at the rate of 15 g of gelatin per 400 ml of juice).

First dissolve the gelatin in 50 ml of hot water until a thickened, homogeneous mass is formed, which is poured into the juice. After mixing everything, pour into molds and put in the refrigerator. The jelly hardens in about 5 hours (the time depends on the quality of the gelatin).

  • low-fat cream – 150 ml;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 heads of non-bitter onions;
  • one glass (about 60 ml) of white wine;
  • fish broth (use any fish for cooking) – 100 ml;
  • small zucchini;
  • two large eggplants;
  • hard cheese (Dutch, Russian, etc.);
  • lemon;
  • baking foil;
  • butter.

This delicious dish will take you about half an hour to prepare. Cut the fish into thin narrow strips (no wider than 5 cm). Each piece must be sprinkled with lemon juice and fried a little in butter in a frying pan, twisted into a spiral of any shape. Prepare a sauce from onions and garlic: finely chop and fry in oil, pour in the wine and evaporate the alcohol, add cream. Grind the finished sauce in a blender. Eggplants and zucchini are cut into slices and fried in butter. Since this is a portioned dish, you should prepare pieces of foil in the form of baskets, put vegetables, grated cheese inside one by one, a fish roll or spiral on top, and place in the oven before guests arrive so that the cheese melts. Top with a bunch of greens, a cucumber pinwheel or a slice of lemon - to taste.

Serve the dish only with white wine; you can please your guests with Chinese chopsticks: stick them in each foil cup. It looks original, and at the same time you will find out which of the guests knows how to use Chinese chopsticks.

Flavored pork with cheese

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • pork neck – 1 kg;
  • sour cream – 200 g;
  • hard cheese – 250 g;
  • garlic – 2–3 cloves;
  • ground white pepper;
  • dried basil.

Preparing this excellent New Year's dish will take at least 1.5 hours, but the result will amaze the most sophisticated gourmet.

The meat should be cut into slices about 1 cm thick and dried thoroughly with paper towels. Now prepare the cheese and garlic - finely grate them, add to the sour cream, stir. Sprinkle each slice of cooked pork with white pepper, tarragon or basil and let sit (marinate) for a while. Dip the finished pork slices into sour cream, place in a mold lined with foil on the inside, pour in the remaining garlic-sour cream mixture, carefully close the edges, and roll to form a closed box. Now you can bake in a preheated oven (about 200 degrees).

The meat will be ready in 1 hour 30 minutes, take out the foil box, let it stand for about five minutes, place it in the middle of a large dish, arrange boiled cauliflower florets, potatoes, and tomatoes around it to make a bright dish. You can put a bunch of dill or parsley on the meat - this is according to the hostess’s taste. The result is a very tasty, aromatic dish, your guests will be delighted.

Delicious lean beef should be on every table. The only downside to this dish is that it takes quite a long time to prepare.

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • beef fillet – 800 g;
  • smoked bacon – 100 g;
  • fresh or canned mushrooms – 200 g;
  • asparagus – 400 g;
  • butter – 1 tablespoon;
  • cognac – 4 tablespoons;
  • cream – 100 ml;
  • beef broth (1 cube can be dissolved);
  • spices: salt, black pepper.

Chop the mushrooms quite finely, cut the asparagus into pieces and boil. Cut the beef fillet into 200 g portions, wrap in bacon and chop. Fry the finished meat rolls in butter. After frying, put it in a saucepan and close it to brew. In the frying pan where the meat was fried, boil the broth, add cognac, simmer a little, add cream and also simmer.   • egg - 3 pieces;
  • refined vegetable oil;
  • premium flour – 300 g;

  • goose carcass – about 3–4 kg;
  • sweet apples – 2 kg;
