Auto BMW X5 F15. I ordered parts, went to UNIT for a replacement, because the work is not the easiest, you need experience and a special puller. For 2 days they did it, in parallel sentencing the floor of the suspension to be replaced (refused).

After 2 weeks, this same gearbox buzzed, at speeds of 60-70 km / h especially loudly, as in Ikarus.

I come back to UNIT, the next day the receiver Dmitry calls (you will recognize him by his burr), says what a coincidence, but the gearbox is for replacement, this is a disease of these bodies, all the arrows were taken away from me. After I recruit a service that deals specifically with BMW gearboxes. They said that this gearbox does not have any disease, and the rumble is solely due to the poor-quality work of the UNIT.

I took the car to a specialized BMW service on the recommendation of bmwclub. O miracle! The car was returned a day later with no noise. The nut was just not tight enough. And yes, suspension is ok.

I called burry Dmitry again at UNIT, in 10 minutes he found a bunch of excuses that the gearbox was over, and I just extended his life a little.

It's up to you to decide whether to go to this place or not, but I don't go there anymore!

UPD. Today the management of the service called, apologized for the situation, promised to deal with the perpetrators of the problem, admitted the mistake and compensated for the costs of solving the problem. I respect this position, because anyone can make a mistake, but the most important thing is to admit it, the management recognized it, and therefore I am supplementing the review. Going to meet your customers is commendable in this case.

Washed, cleaned the radiator for half a day, checked all the pipes, picked up the coolant for my car. During the repair, the car was not scratched or damaged. Delivered at the specified time.

Found and eliminated the creak in the suspension in an hour, the stabilizer bushings were broken. They didn’t take much for the work, the bushings cost more. But now nothing creaks.

Adequate service. There are always free lifts, they do absolutely everything according to the vag, they give a guarantee. Spare parts in stock, help with the choice of price = quality. Nice to deal with professionals.

They changed the inner CV joint on the trade wind for half a day, there were some problems during disassembly, something did not unscrew. In fact, I had to buy another hub nut and grease. But now, when cornering in the cabin, deathly silence, no crunch, no cod.

The piezo injector was quickly and efficiently repaired. Provided an extended warranty, though under certain conditions. In any case, it turned out cheaper than buying a new one. Masters are really with a head and with hands.

In general, the impressions from the first visit are only positive. I'm coming here in February for an oil change.

All the malfunctions of my BMW that I dealt with were identified quickly and accurately, they were also quickly eliminated, due to the availability of spare parts in stock. For me, as a regular customer, they make discounts on spare parts, which is especially nice.

I only change oil at Volochaevskaya, because I know that the service does not deal with nonsense and does not slip counterfeit goods. The oil is taken from the factory, so the quality is good. From replacement to replacement, no fumes and topping up.

I liked the well-coordinated work of all departments of the service. Quickly found the necessary parts, just as quickly they were delivered and replaced. Immediately after replacing the shock absorbers and levers, did the collapse of the convergence.

The warehouse of spare parts in the Unit is like rubber, whatever you need for spare parts - there is always in stock, at a market price. A locksmith with a replacement is not delayed. It can be seen that the team is well-coordinated and the work is well organized.

More than affordable repair prices do not affect the quality of work performed. Masters always keep up to date, if necessary, let them go to the repair zone in order to make a decision on replacing or restoring one or another part of the car. This is the second year I've had my car serviced by them and have no regrets.

Experienced locksmiths, they understand the Foltz cool. How many times I didn’t stop by, the cause of the knock, the creak was found literally immediately and accurately, after the repair, the car came to life and did not cause problems. My recommendations are extremely positive.

I don’t know who else goes to the officials, who have only one way to solve it - replacing it with a new spare part, and even for a bag of money. On Volochaevskaya, everything is much simpler and cheaper, if there is no need to change a spare part or restoration will 100% solve the problem - they restore it, if a replacement is needed - they advise analogues that are not inferior in quality to the originals. In general, the guys chose the right vector - they are trying to be as efficient and cheap as possible for customers, without sacrificing quality and the final result.

I am not a frequent visitor to the Unit, because the guys do everything once and for a long time, they don’t have to travel and are afraid that something will fall off, plus they put only high-quality parts, in plain text they advise to bypass Chinese spare parts. Soon MOT and of course I will carry it out only on Volochaevskaya.

I know that in the unit they will do everything as it should be, they will not put "levandos" and will not breed for additional repairs. I only go to them for repairs.
