In 1999, the presentation of the new Mitsubishi Pajero car (3rd generation) took place. Immediately after the debut in Japan, the serial production of this brand was launched. For example, the length of a five-seater starts at 4220 mm, but the Pajero, which is designed for seven people, reaches 4800 mm. The width of both copies is the same and is 1825 mm. As for the height, there are different indicators. They vary in the range from 1845 to 1855 mm.
I would like to pay special attention. After all, in SUVs this parameter is considered one of the most important. It is thanks to him that this demonstrates a high rate of patency. So, in the Mitsubishi Pajero 3, the clearance is 230 mm with a disc radius of 17 inches.
Exterior
The exterior design of the car is no less important than the technical characteristics. It is unlikely that anyone will want to purchase a model if its design elements are completely unsatisfactory. However, looking at this full-size SUV, it's hard to imagine that someone might not like it.
Model "Pajero 3" - the car is quite large. This type is suitable only for those who prefer large cars. Its exterior is very attractive and, it is worth noting, is still relevant. The rear sofa has a division into a single and double chair, which is why it will be quite comfortable for three adults to fit on it. In the seven-seat model, the third row of seats is a little cramped.
The luggage compartment has a minimum volume of 215 liters, but it can be significantly expanded with rear seats. If you completely remove the second and third rows of seats, then the capacity of the cargo compartment increases to almost 1800 liters.
As for the control panel, at the moment it can hardly be called multifunctional. The steering wheel is not equipped with buttons, some of them are located on the driver's door. limited to the base radio. Those cars that were intended for sale in the Arab countries had two air conditioners in the kit. One functioned taking into account the blowing of the front seats, the second - the rear. And the copies produced for the domestic market were equipped with a stove instead of a second air conditioner. 
Pajero 3 engines
"Pajero" (third generation) was produced with gasoline and diesel units. The line of the first was represented by installations for 3.0-3.8 liters. The power they provided ranged from 173 to 208 "horses". Russian buyers could only purchase a car with a 3.5-liter V6 engine. It provided 202 hp. However, it is worth noting that the installation turned out to be quite demanding on the quality of gasoline, so it caused a lot of trouble for the owners.
Diesel engines installed on Pajero 3 (the price of such models is currently about 500 thousand rubles) are also represented by several modifications. The line includes installations from 2.5 to 3.2 liters. In comparison with gasoline units, they show less power (105-165 horses). Their disadvantage can be called the same problem that gasoline engines have - the requirement for high quality fuel.
