The new "skirts" received a modern design and, like the bumper, are made of plastic. Despite the presence of most of the details made in chrome, the car does not look ridiculous, each element complements each other. The stern of the updated Outlander has got new larger marker lights with chopped edges and LED filling, a slightly changed tailgate and a new bumper with a powerful overlay made of black scratch-resistant plastic. The installation of new bumpers and the use of a new Dynamic Shield design feature in the design of the nose of the car changed the dimensions of the Japanese crossover.

The feed of the machine has also changed. Optics equipped with LEDs is located partly on the corners of the body and partly on the trunk lid. In the third generation of the Mitsubishi Outlander, the interior was not changed very much. The comfort of the car has been improved through the "pumping" equipment. The texture of the chairs has been changed. Having become smoother, they do not justify the first impression. Despite everything, the seats are very comfortable and keep their riders in place even on tight turns. Many cars of this class cannot boast of a wide rear sofa.

Moreover, in our time it is rarely possible to find a salon of any kind at the back of which three large-sized passengers can be accommodated at once. The back is transformed in a 40 to 60 format, making it possible to expand the luggage compartment. Space for luggage with a volume of 477 liters or when folding the backrests of the back row as much as 1640 liters. An option that will delight Mitsubishi Outlander buyers with a large family is the ability to install a third row of seats, but this is followed by a minus, the volume of the luggage compartment is reduced to a minimum. There are only two significant downsides. Even with lovely handling, there is a lack of reverse steering thrust. And the most competitive and popular kit was supplied with a rather weak motor, naturally in order to meet environmental standards and economy.
