Dough:

  • milk – 1 glass.
  • egg – 2 pcs.
  • salt – 1 teaspoon.
  • baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
  • flour – 12 tbsp. l. with a slide.

Filling:

  • sausage – 200 grams.
  • hard cheese – 150 grams.
  • green onions – 1 bunch.

How to make jellied pie with sausage and cheese:

Add cheese cut into approximately the same cubes. Any cheese, as long as it melts well when heated in the oven. In theory, any greens will do; I have fresh green onions.

Mix everything and the filling is ready.

Let's prepare the dough. Beat eggs with salt.

Add a glass of warm milk.

Mix and add flour. Measure out the flour using a heaped tablespoon. Add baking powder or slaked soda.

Mix everything until smooth.

Grease the baking pan with butter; if the pan is detachable, it is better to cover it with parchment.

Pour in about half the dough and distribute the filling evenly on top.

Pour the remaining dough over the filling, leveling it with a spoon. If desired, you can sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
