Nomenclature units. Nomenclature designations

The Nomenclature Directory is designed to store information about goods, kits, kits, products, returnable packaging, materials, and services. There is no strict division into such categories, only services and sets stand out. The categories that this is a returnable container, materials, products are determined at the time the item arrives at the enterprise.

When describing an item item in the reference system, in addition to the name, it is necessary to define a number of additional properties. Some of them will later be used as default values when substituting into document details, i.e. such properties are not hardcoded and can be overridden at any time.

Guide header details:

    Full name. It is used, for example, for printing documents.

    Short title. Used to select items from the list.

    vendor code. Text value, used in printed forms of documents.

    A comment . Text description of the nomenclature object.

    View . The item type of the item is selected: product, service or set. For a set, on the “Components” tab, a list of those components that make up the set is indicated. Unlike a set, a set does not have a separate type; any product can be a set. Whether a product is a kit is determined by whether a list of components is specified for the product. The list of components for the kit is specified in the "Component parts nomenclature" subdirectory, which is called by the button "Jump".

    Maintain additional records characteristics. A sign that for this nomenclature accounting is carried out by characteristics. Information about the characteristics of the nomenclature is entered in the subordinate reference book "Characteristics of the nomenclature".

    Keep track of series. A sign that for this nomenclature accounting is carried out by series. These data are entered in the subordinate reference book "Nomenclature Series".

Important! The flags for accounting by series and characteristics in the item form appear only if the enterprise maintains accounting by series and characteristics, which is specified in the accounting parameters settings.

    weight goods . A sign that this product is weighted. The sign of a weighted item is used when working with electronic scales. In the event that electronic scales are connected in the program, then you can create a label indicating the weight of the goods (Offline mode) or read the weight of the goods in the selection mode (Online mode).

    Item unit data. Each position of the nomenclature is characterized by a base unit of measure. The base unit of measure is the unit of measure against which all other units of measure are calculated. The base unit of measurement is not entered into the reference book "Units of measurement", it is selected from the reference book "Classifier of units of measurement".

    In addition to the base unit of measure, the item of the nomenclature can have the required number of other units of measure (packages). For example, cigarettes may have units of measurement: "piece", "pack", "block", "box".
    Each unit of measurement (packaging) has its own conversion factor relative to the base unit. A unit of measurement has its own barcode, its own weight and volume.
    One of the units of measurement is defined in the item item form as a unit of storage of the balance. In this unit of measure, the balances of goods in the registers are stored. The balance storage unit is used as the default unit of measure when selecting item items in a document. At the same time, the configuration allows you to write out item positions in documents in any unit of measure from among those entered for this position.

    Reporting units are used to display data in reports.
    Information in reports can be displayed in the base unit of measure, in the balance storage unit, and in the reporting unit of measure.
    To store data on units of measurement in the configuration, there is a reference book "Units of measurement", subordinate to the reference book "Nomenclature". When filling in information about the unit of measurement, the reference book "Classifier of units of measurement" is used. This directory contains a general list of units of measurement used by the company.

  • To automatically fill in the "Unit of places" attribute in documents, use the "Unit of places" attribute.

Default tab

    VAT rate. The value of the VAT rate that will be used as the default value when processing documents.

    Cost item. A cost item from the “Cost Items” directory, which will be used by default for substitution in documents and directories for production accounting and documents for accounting for non-production costs, where you need to specify which cost item will be reflected in when writing off the cost of this item.

    Nomenclature cost group. Used to classify costs by item cost groups. For example, you can classify the costs of delivering goods under the item "Transportation costs", and select "Services for the delivery of goods" as the item cost group.

    Release direction. The direction of production output, which will be substituted by default when reflecting the release operation in the document "Production report for a shift".

    Direction of write-off of manufactured products, which will be substituted by default in the “Production report for a shift” document, if the release direction is indicated in the document for the items of the nomenclature - “To costs (list)”.

    Purpose of use. The purpose of the use of overalls, the value is substituted by default in the documents for the accounting of overalls and special equipment.

Additional tab

    type of reproduction. A number of items of the nomenclature can be both purchased and produced at the enterprise at the same time. In the shift scheduling process of the explosion procedure, you need to know for each item whether the item will be produced and, accordingly, whether you need to plan the production time for it or whether it will be purchased. By default, the directory contains the most frequently used version of the reproduction of this position. The attribute value can be one of several options: purchase, production, processing, accepted for processing .

    Responsible Purchasing Manager . Information about the user who is mainly engaged in the purchase of this item. It is convenient to use if the entire purchased item is distributed among purchasing managers. The value is used by default when placing orders with suppliers, when it is fixed who is responsible for placing an order. It is important that when changing the manager, the old value of this attribute is not stored.

    Main supplier . Similar to props<Ответственный менеджер за закупки>used when placing orders to the supplier.

    Price group. The default price group to which the item belongs. Price groups are used in the pricing subsystem to set prices and discounts for item price groups.

    OKP. The value from the all-Russian classifier of the nomenclature, which is intended for additional classification of products

    Nomenclature group. A certain enlarged nomenclature classifier is set by a separate reference book in the system. One item of the item can be assigned to only one item group, respectively, one item group can consist of many items of the item. Item groups often act in the system as one of the sections of accounting analytics. According to them, for example, cost accounting in production is kept.

    Group entry weight . The entry weight is used in the formation of refined plans from enlarged ones. In coarse planning, the plan parameters are set with the detailing to the item group, and when switching to the refined plan, the planning detail is increased to the item. To determine on which base to distribute the planned parameter between objects of the same product group, the weight of the occurrence is used. The weight value in the Nomenclature reference book will be used by default.

    Maintain inventory of work in progress. A sign that for this nomenclature it is necessary to keep records of operational balances in work in progress.

    Keep records of batches in work in progress. A sign that after transferring materials with batches to production, data on batches will also be taken into account in production. If the checkbox is unchecked, then data on batches of transferred materials will not be stored in production.

    Maintain serial numbers. The checkbox is selected if serial numbers must be used for this item of the item.

    How to assign a serial number. Specifies the serial number assignment order that will be used by default to assign new serial numbers to an item in release documents.

  • Internal certification required. A sign that the product cannot be sold or written off for production if the series does not have an internal certificate. In addition, when entering the document "Application for certification" on the basis of the "Receipt of goods and services" or "Report of production for a shift", the item is selected on this basis when forming a list of "item-series" pairs that need internal certification.

  • External certification required. A sign that when selling or writing off the product for production, if the series does not have an external certificate, a message is displayed stating that the series does not have an external certificate. In addition, when entering the document "Application for certification" on the basis of "Proceeds of goods and services" on this basis, the item is selected when forming a list of "item-series" pairs that need external certification.

Projects tab

In the tabular part, on this tab, you enter information about whether the item belongs to a specific project or type of distribution by project. In different periods of time, the nomenclature may refer to different projects. The information entered on this tab is stored in the information register "Setting projects for the item".

Components tab

On this tab, for an item that is a set (item), set-package or set-kit, the list of components of which it consists is specified. For sets and sets-kits, records are kept by characteristics. For a kit with a certain characteristic, you can specify a list of components that also have the specified characteristics. For sets-packages, accounting by characteristics is not kept, however, components with characteristics may be included in the set-package.

Storage Locations Tab

On this tab, for the item, the detailing of its location in warehouses is determined. The information entered on the bookmark is stored in the information register "Storage locations of the item".

Specifications tab

On this tab, you can create new and edit existing product specifications with the reproduction type "Production".

Bookmark "Planned cost price"

Item prices tab

The tab is intended for working with item prices. It becomes available only after the directory entry is recorded (the bookmark is not available for a new and not yet recorded entry).
On this tab, you can see the current prices of the trading enterprise. In order for the current prices of the item to be displayed in the item card, you must click on the button "Reread current prices".
On the same tab, you can calculate prices in relation to the base price, in accordance with the specified markups for the base price type (button "Calculate at base prices"). The calculation is made in accordance with the method of calculation that is set for this type of price - by a percentage markup or by the entry of a price into a price range.
If this stock item is a set (set-set), then using the button "Calculate kit prices", you can calculate the price of the kit in accordance with the assigned prices for the components of the kit. The price of a kit is calculated as the sum of the prices of components for a given price type.
Registration of prices for the position of the nomenclature is carried out by clicking on the button "Record prices". In this case, it is possible to specify the document "Setting the prices of the item", with the help of which the prices are registered. If the document is not specified, then when you try to record prices, the program will offer to create a new document. If the user responds positively, the program will create a new document "Setting item prices", automatically post it and register new prices for the item item.

Important. When setting prices using the nomenclature card, prices are set the same for all product characteristics.

Supplier nomenclature tab

The "Supplier nomenclature" tab becomes visible when on the tab "Additional" filled with props "Main supplier".

On the "Supplier nomenclature" tab, you can set the supplier's prices and specify the document "Setting prices for the nomenclature of counterparties", in which you want to add the supplier's prices for the edited position of the nomenclature. If the document is not selected, then when you try to record supplier prices (button " Record prices") The program will prompt you to create a new document.
On this tab, in the appropriate fields, information about the supplier's nomenclature (article, code, name) can be indicated. That is, you can enter information about the name of this item in the supplier's infobase. This information will be recorded in the information register "Nomenclature of counterparties" when recording prices.

Properties tab

For items of the nomenclature, you can set additional analytical features - properties and categories of the nomenclature. In the context of additional properties, inventory balances are not maintained; this information is used only to select item items or groupings in reports.

Property values can be selected by the user from directories, enumerations, etc. You can assign multiple property values to a single item of an item. In reports, you can drill down to the level of item property values.
You can select data by several property values at once.

The list of properties assigned to an item item can be viewed and edited by clicking on the button in the item item list or on the tab "Properties" in the form of item nomenclature.

Categories tab

It is possible to assign items of certain categories to the positions of the nomenclature. The list of categories assigned to an item item can be viewed and edited by clicking on the button in the item item list or on the tab "Categories" in the form of item nomenclature. Categories, unlike properties, can have one of two meanings, more precisely, they can have or not have some property. For example, a category may be the belonging of a product to a group of imported products. A product either belongs to this group or it does not.

Entering information about barcodes of goods

Barcodes for goods are detailed down to the level of units of measurement of the goods, characteristics and series of goods. That is, for each product that has a certain characteristic, series and unit of measure, you can set a separate barcode. When forming goods, you can also use such a parameter as the quality of goods. That is, for substandard goods, you can set your own barcode.

The configuration supports the work of filling in goods using a barcode scanner for goods with barcodes of any type. To manually search for items by barcode in the item list, you can use the F7 key (“Search by barcode”).

The list of barcode types is specified in the "Types of barcodes" feature plan object. For input and editing, this object is called when a new type of barcode for a product is specified. When entering a new barcode, you can specify the type of barcode that will be filled in by default. A new barcode can be set manually or generated automatically by pressing the button "New Barcode". An auto-generated barcode is always of type EAN-13. A new barcode for an item is generated in accordance with the settings specified for generating a barcode in the program settings. In the product card, labels are printed by pressing the button "Print" - "Labels".

Labels can be printed both from the list of items and from documents accompanying the receipt of goods or price changes (“Receipt of goods and services”, “Movement of goods”, “Setting item prices”, etc.) In all these cases, one and the same processing "Print labels".

Important. When printing labels, the control element "1C: Barcode Printing" is used. In order for label printing to be available, you must install the "1C: Barcode Printing" control element. The control element "1C: Barcode Printing" must be installed from the ITS disk (Methodological support 1C: Enterprise 8 - Working with commercial equipment - Software for connecting commercial equipment - 1C - Control element "1C: Printing barcodes").

Additional Information

To view information about the entered characteristics and series of the nomenclature position, place the cursor on the corresponding position of the nomenclature, click the button "Jump", select the appropriate menu item from the drop-down list.
Types of properties and types of characteristics of items of the nomenclature are assigned using the "Plan of types of characteristics" object.

Additionally, in the item card, you can store links to arbitrary files and images (for example, a label type). One of the pictures can be used as a price tag.

In order to show the picture in the nomenclature list, just click on the button "Show Image". To remove an image, click on the button. "Remove Image". The picture of the goods can also be viewed when selecting items of the nomenclature.

An arbitrary number of files can be associated with an item of the nomenclature. Access to the list of attached files is carried out by clicking on the menu item "Files".

Multiple prices can be assigned to items in an item. Price names are specified in the "Price types" directory.

Prices for an item item, as well as discounts and markups for an item item, are set using the “Setting item prices”, “Setting item discounts”, “Setting counterparty item prices” documents.

Information about the prices of the item, as well as about discounts and markups after the documents are posted, is entered into the corresponding information registers.

In the information registers, you can view information about the assigned prices of the item item and about the history of their changes.

In addition to the prices assigned by documents, there are prices that are dynamically calculated based on the base prices and the trade markup entered for the item item.

To view information about prices, as well as about discounts and markups, you need to place the cursor on the corresponding position of the nomenclature, click on the button " Go” and select the appropriate information register from the drop-down menu: “Item prices”, “Counterparty item prices”, “Item discounts”.

Editing and entering new information about an element of the reference book (item of nomenclature) is performed in a separate dialog box.

Accounting and tax accounting of the nomenclature

The accounting procedure for an item depends on the type of item, each of which has its own accounting accounts:

    07 "Equipment for installation";

    08.04 "Acquisition of fixed assets";

    10 "Materials";

    41 "Goods";

    43 "Finished products";

    45 "Goods shipped";

    004 "Goods accepted for commission".

The use of accounts 45 and 004 does not depend on the type of item, but on the specific economic situation.

Tax accounting is maintained on similar tax accounting accounts: 07, 08.04, 10, 41, 43, 45.

Item accounting accounts are indicated directly in the documents. The default values are stored in the information register "Nomenclature of organizations". Using this register, you can set up separate item accounting accounts for each organization and item item (item group).

To understand how much product is in stock, you need to know in which storage units it is measured. Suppose we are planning to sell a large volume of liquid goods. It can be car oil, sunflower oil, perfume, gasoline and the like. Accordingly, upon admission, records are kept in liters or tons. But the consumer needs to sell in smaller available nomenclature units. Consider a situation based on 1C: Trade Management edition 11.3, when a product has more than one unit of measure, but several. This program introduced the function of additional measurements or, in other words, crushing. We will now analyze this. All settings will be made directly in the product card. Therefore, we go to the menu tab "NSI and administration" and go to the nomenclature reference book. For convenience, we set the sorting into groups by pressing the gear on the right, the item "Navigation through the hierarchy":

After that, a list of groups should be displayed in the field on the right, and if you select any, in the field on the left you can see all the goods that are included in this group. Let's create, for example, in the group "Spirits" the nomenclature "HugoBOSS 1v".

Fill in the fields:

    Type of nomenclature - indicate the product;

    Working name - the name convenient for searching is indicated;

    Name for printing - we prescribe the full name of the product or by pressing the button at the end of the field we repeat from the working name;

    Article - unique, as a rule, taken from the receipt document;

    Code - generated by the program in order;

    Barcode - can be specified if available;

    List group - if necessary, you can change it, but since the nomenclature of this category is being created, we skip it;

    Quality - we skip it, because we create a new product;

    Storage unit - we will analyze this item;

    VAT - either put down the rate or indicate "Without VAT", depending on the category of goods.

So, "Storage unit" - this item reflects in what units we will take into account the goods. But since "Hugo BOSS 1v" comes in large containers, and we will sell it in vials or bottles, the established definition of "Pieces" does not fit. "Liter" should be reflected here. To change, press the three dots in the field and look in the directory that opens. If suddenly there is no such value, press the "Pick up from the classifier" button:

In the window that appears, use the keyboard to type the name of the required unit of measure - liter. Check the box to the left of the name and click OK. This unit is now listed in the main directory. Find and click "Select":

Now in the field "Storage unit" is the desired indicator - l (dm³). Click "Save and Close". And now let's try to sell this product not in liters, but in smaller volumes - for example, in bottles and milliliters. To do this, return to the product card and go to the "Details" tab. Click the arrow next to the "Units of measurement and storage" field, additional parameters are revealed:

If some parameter is inactive, press the "More" button at the top left and select the "Allow editing details" item:

The Unblock Details window will open. Here you need to check the boxes everywhere and click "Allow editing":

We return to the parameters in the product card and check the "Packaging" parameter:

The sub-item "General dialing" automatically becomes active.

The program already has preset settings for different units and it is possible to split into smaller ones.

We need to add a new unit of measurement - a vial equal to 0.2 liters. Click on the small arrow at the end of the "General set" field and select "Show all" in the drop-down box:

We get into the "Packaging sets" directory and create a new set for use with this type of nomenclature (perfume). In the window enter:

    Name - for example, "Vial";

    The unit of measurement is l (dm³).

Click "Write" and go to the "Packages" section and create a new one:

The "Packaging (Create)" window opens. Let's create a new unit of measure, which will consist of a certain number of liters. Initially, you need to fill in the "Unit by classifier" field. This is what will be selected when the product is sold. Click on three dots and select the necessary props from the directory - a bottle:

If the required attribute was not in the list, then we are looking for it through the selection by the classifier. Pay attention to the point marked with a dot, here you need to specify the volume of the bottle:

We prescribe manually - 0.200 and click "Save and close." You can see that a new packaging of the “Viale” product with a unit of measurement of 0.2 l (dm³) has appeared in the directory:

Select this option. Now the item card "Hugo BOSS 1v" reflects its own unit of measure:

Be sure to click "Save and close" to save the data. A necessary condition for the sale is the presence of a price. We go to the menu tab "CRM and marketing", select "Prices (price list)" and click "Generate". You can see that the created product does not have a cost:

Let's fix this. At the bottom left of the screen, follow the link "History of price changes" and in the journal that opens, create a new document "Setting item prices". We tick off the price types that are needed and press the button at the bottom right “Go to setting prices”:

You need to set the cost only for one product, so we will use the “Add” button, then “Add nomenclature”, “Show all” and select the necessary nomenclature unit from the directory. The cost, for example, 6,000 rubles - purchase, 15,000 rubles - wholesale, 20,000 rubles - retail:

Click "Submit and Close". You can view the prices through the price list:

Now let's check how the ratio of the cost of goods with the established unit of measure works. We go to the menu tab "Sales", "Customer Orders" and create a new order. On the "Main" tab, fill in the fields as usual and go to the "Products" tab. Press the “Fill” button, the item “Pick up products”. We find the product "Hugo BOSS 1v" in the nomenclature and select it by double clicking. The "Enter Quantity and Price" window opens. Here you can see that the program has a default unit of measure of 1 liter and a retail price of 20,000 rubles. But the client needs, for example, 1 vial and 20 milliliters. Let's make a selection according to these quantities:

The program calculated the cost of the goods:

    1 liter = 20,000 rubles.

    1 bottle (0.2 l.) = 4000 rubles.

    1 ml = 20 rub.

We transfer it to the customer's order and carry out:

Let's say the customer has paid. The order is ready for supply, but the goods are not in stock and need to be purchased. To do this, go to the "Purchases" menu tab, select "Orders to suppliers". You can also post the goods without an order to suppliers, through the document "Receipt of goods and services". Go to the menu tab "Purchases" and select the item "Documents of receipt":

In the journal we create a new document and fill it out. On the "Basic" tab there is an item "Receipt by order", you do not need to check the box there. Since the order to the supplier was not created:

We carry out, we form an invoice. So, the goods are received at the warehouse. You can check through the "Statement of goods in warehouses":

Now we return to the customer's order and put down the status "Ship".

Nomenclature should be distinguished from terminology proper.

A term is a nominative word or phrase (a noun or a phrase with a noun as a reference word) used to name general concepts. Nomens are the names of single concepts, as well as specific mass products reproduced according to the same model a given number of times. The difference between a term and a nomen lies in the fact that nomens name singular concepts, while terms name general concepts.

Nomenclature is a category much newer than terminology. As a special lexical class, it arose only in the 18th century, initially only for the natural sciences. But there can be no talk of any nomenclature where there is no terminology yet: terminology is a tool that fixes nomenclature.

The nomenclature of any branch of natural history is a collection of names of all its species (subspecies). When they become too numerous, they need special ordering in order to apply them correctly.

Each nomenclature has a certain autonomy. The same words can be included in different nomenclature, and they will not be mixed, because they belong to different fields, are used by different people, i.e. do not occur in a general context, remaining interbranch homonyms.

Nomen, according to Shpet's definition, is an empirical, sensually perceived thing, a sign associated with the named thing not in the act of thought, but in the act of perception and representation. Therefore, the nomen is a lexical unit by which we name a visible object and perceive the object without realizing its exact place in the classification system and without correlation with other objects.

The terminology of each science is calculable, since it verbally reflects the system of its concepts. Nomenclature is weakly associated with concepts, it is more nominative and may not reflect the essence of named things at all, relying on a purely external similarity (for example: "B-shaped and Y-shaped tubes"). For a term, the terminological field or terminological context is important. Nomens are freely used out of context, since the properties of named things do not change from the use of their names in the scientific or everyday sphere of communication. Nomens outside the nomenclature systems easily pass into everyday words, retaining their materiality or objectivity ("kapron, nylon, crepe-georgette").

There may be nomenclature of science, technology, production, trade. The more abstract science is, the less space is given to nomenclatures. Special nomenclatures have been developed in biology to designate numerous plant and animal species, in chemistry for millions of chemical compounds, in geography to designate places on the globe. Technical nomenclatures are real and subject. They are developed to designate numerous parts of machines and devices. From the field of design, the project moves into production, where there are their own terms and nomens (names of machines on which parts are manufactured, processes, technological conditions).

For many years, for goods on sale, trademarks have been used - special proper names that individualize the right of ownership of a certain batch of goods by an individual or legal entity. Trademarks require their owner to be responsible for the product in question. They do not give the direct name of the product, evoke positive associations and guarantee the good quality of the product. Let's give an example of a product range in the oil and gas industry: "a set of SDMMEquipment, Drilling Jar and Services - a set of AIA equipment, drilling jars and services."

In each science, nomenclature names are created by their own special techniques and are largely determined by extralinguistic reasons. So, for example, in the names of the planets, astronomical nomenclature is based on Roman mythology: Mars, Mercury, Venus, and the names of the satellites of the planets are based on Greek mythology: the satellites Phobos and Deimos.

So, sometimes it is difficult to separate the nomenclature and the term, the main difference between the term and the nomenclature is the fact that the term expresses the essential features of the concept, and the nomenclature name is an object, a single concept (for example: Burovoy Service Corporation).

This handbook describes all the products and services that any of our own firms deal with. The directory of goods and services is one of the central directories of the system (used in all modules: TMS, CRM, WMS), so you should pay great attention to its formation.

The directory is called from the main menu of the system -Reference books > Goods and services > Nomenclature of goods and services.

Among the list of nomenclatures of goods and services there are the following types: service, product, nomenclature group.

The record that isNomenclature group, combines the nomenclature positions of this reference book, which are analogues of each other. The link to the item group in the Nomenclature of goods and services card is in the fieldCommodity item. Such a relationship between stock list cards is widely used when transferring data to 1C, for example: when transferring documents, the name of not the stock item itself is transferred, but its analogue from the fieldCommodity item.

This guide can be linked to the guideNomenclature of goods- most often according to the "many to one" scheme - the connection is registered in the card of the Good or service. In the Nomenclature of goods and services, goods are registered with greater detail - for example, one product, but with different articles or models, and in the Nomenclature of goods directory, all of them will be associated with only one entry - a specific TN VED code. According to the record associated with the nomenclature of goods, you can call up the card Nomenclature of goods - context menu commandCargo nomenclature card.

Setting the display of data

On the left side of the directory window isConductor of types of goods and services, in the right part - a list of stock items included in the view selected in the explorer. If not present, explorer can be invoked from the Command Actions menu Types of goods.

Obsolete nomenclature units, which are hidden in the reference by default, can be displayed in the list by commandShow deprecatedfrom the Actions menu.

For stock items - goods that were used in the WMS module, you can view their placement in the warehouse (commandPlacement in the warehousecontext menu and Actions menu). Also, if necessary, a specific filter can be applied to the directory -Hide products with a fold cell.

Replenishment of the directory is carried out by standard methods of adding objects to BP4. >> General techniques for working with objects

Attention:

In the reference book, duplication is controlled when saving the stock item card. If a service with the same full or short name already exists in the directory, the user will be warned.

The reference book contains a list of product groups, in the context of which it is supposed to maintain an integrated planning of purchases, production and sales. Maintaining product groups allows you to aggregate planned indicators.

An item group can include an unlimited number of separate items of the item, but one item of the item can only be included in one item group. At the same time, for each occurrence of the nomenclature, the “weight” of the occurrence is set, which is later used when distributing planned indicators for individual elements of the nomenclature.

The Item Groups directory in the cost management subsystem is used to store cost accounting analytics objects.

Units.

The "Units of measurement" reference book is designed to maintain a list of all units of measurement defined for the item of the nomenclature (product, material, service, semi-finished product, etc.). The reference book "Units of measurement" is a subordinate reference book in relation to the reference book "Nomenclature" and is called for entering and editing information when you click on the "Go" button and select the appropriate menu item.

The position of the nomenclature is characterized by the base unit of measure. In addition to the base unit of measure, the item of the nomenclature can have the required number of other units of measure (packages). For example, cigarettes may have units of measure: "piece", "pack", "block", "box". Each unit of measurement (packaging) has its own conversion factor relative to the base unit. Each unit of measure can have its own barcode and its own weight.

For the unit of measurement, its name is set ("Name") and its correspondence is determined in relation to the reference book "Classifier of units of measurement" ("Unit by classifier").

One of the units of measure is defined in the item form for the item as the storage unit for the stock. This unit of measure stores the balance of goods in the system. The balance storage unit is used as the default unit of measure when selecting item items in a document. At the same time, the configuration allows you to write out item positions in documents in any unit of measurement from among those entered for this item. In addition to the unit of storage of residues, one more unit of measure can be assigned, in which quantitative indicators will be displayed in reports - a unit for reports. Information in reports can be displayed both in the base unit of measure, in the balance storage unit and in the reporting unit.

3.2.1.1.2.10 Directory "GTE numbers"

This directory stores the numbers of all cargo customs declarations for which imported goods have ever arrived. In addition to the GTD number, this directory contains a comment that can be used to store various kinds of additional information about the GTD. The directory has a single-level structure. Editing and entering new elements is done directly in the form of a directory list. The directory is used when filling in the CCD numbers in the "Nomenclature" directory and when filling out documents (in particular, invoices issued).

Accounting for customs declaration numbers can be detailed to the level of different product series. That is, for each serial number of one item of the nomenclature, you can assign your own customs declaration number. That is, in the general case, for one item of the nomenclature, as many different numbers of the GTD can be set as the number of items listed in the "Nomenclature Series" reference book for this nomenclature item.

When registering the receipt of goods, when specifying the series of the stock item, the CCD number defined for it is automatically set. If the customs declaration number for the item series is not set, then the number set for the item item in the main form is taken.
